Either that, or put in a drop down menu (similar to the queue menu) to view members either by rank or alphabetically.
Plus, how many of our 3500+ members are active? How many have signed up just to vote for a video, and have never returned? Is there a way to determine those, and perhaps "deactivate" users who have not logged on in say, 30 or 60 days?

Well, as dag said in a previous post, some people stay logged in all the time, like me for instance.

So maybe it would have to be on how often they have posted a comment, video or a blog post. And maybe we should limit it to Non-Star holders and Bronze star holders, as silver star, gold star and 100 star holders may need to stop using VS for a while, due to unforseen circumstances.

Although darksun's comment/suggestion should trump the proposed prunage - some people take off for extended breaks - no sense in removing someone with an extensive history - by doing so, you would also have an additional problem: their comments/votes would disappear. You'd probably want to keep a v. low threshold.

I don't know if the pruning is even necessary - but an "active"/"inactive" split in the member rolls to help check out current members and ignore those who have dropped off the face of the earth wouldn't be a bad idea.
