I will start it off.



Collective Admins should have an option to set an automatic join which if set will show a join this collective button on the collective page. Optional additonal ability to manually approve automatic join requests.



Collective admins should have a *claim command which will allow them to snag a video which is not yet in another collective for their collective.



Ability to leave collectives via the collective page. If you are a member of the collective it would show a leave collective button. (Though why anyone would need this is beyond me.)
