Can I just point out that if something is notlong then it simply doesn't have the Long tag. And the same with Brief.

and this isn't brief but has the brief tag.

Ah I see now. Sometime vids are long where a second part follows so I would be careful about using such an invocation were it to exist.

Well, it's just that we already have completely free reign to put on channels and remove them, and we can mark something as long, brief or blocked (and unblocked), so there's no reasonable argument against a notbrief and notlong, to remove them again. (unbrief sounds so dirty..)
