Playing off my idea of sending in a donation can we also have a contest take place for a chance to win a charter membership? I haven't gotten a clear answer yet on where to send the money I'd like to donate to the site but I was also hoping some of it could go towards a charter membership for someone who cannot afford one.

Does anyone have some ideas for a contest to throw out there or ways of determining who could get a charter membership for free?
