It does seem to be working for me too. Before declaring victory though, and ending the boycott- I would like to see some official announcement from CC.

I am in Canada, the embed still doesn't play for me (us?), when I hit play the video doesnt start just a big button telling me to go to CC. However I now have access to CC and TDS websites (I was redirected before)...unfortunately again, the videos don't work, all I see is advertisements over and over and over again. Wonder if any other Canadians can report?

So now its everybody BUT Canada?? Jeez... what did you northern folk ever do to Comedy Central?

Not to disagree, because Canada will remain blocked, but did they ever issue a statement saying they would block other countries? If it was just a technical glitch or ill fated experiment I dont think a statement would be forthcomming. So don't hold your breath for one. I think we can just be happy for now that existing cc sifts will be visible again to other countries.

Aye, although they seem to now work for me in the UK, that wasn't the the point of the original ban suggestion, but rather that it should be free for all of us. If its still blocked for Canada, then Solidarity with my Canadian brothers! and keep it blocked for now.

Canada has been hated since the dawn of time. The Iroquois hated the Algonquin of Canada, the French hated the Canadian settlers, the British hated the Canadians, and the U.S has always hated Canada.

It's probably the deal with the comedy channel in Canada which is keeping them blocked.

Even though almost everyone can now view CC vids it wouldn't be fair on Canada to think about bringing them back in yet.

Although the videos are now viewable here in Australia, we will stand with our commonwealth brothers and sisters in Canada. The boycott remains until the wall comes down!

I haven't felt this riled since I learned about DVD region codes.
