EdeotI was discussing this with a friend and a few good questions came up -
1. Can they post bail?
2. Can they appeal? [Edit] - Actually, yes they can.
3. Why were they charged in the first place? From what I read, TPB founders hid their servers out of Sweden months ago after being raided. In fact, if I remember correctly, even they do not know where they are.
