Fun times ahead…

Oct 2 $250 million business/tax fraud trial in NY starts
Oct 23 Georgia election fraud case against Cheesbro and Powell (and maybe other coconspirators) starts
Jan 2 E Jean Carrol rape/defamation trial #2 starts
Jan 15 GOP Caucus
Match 4 Federal election interference trial starts (Trump shouldn’t have pushed for a 2026 trial date, fucked himself)
Also March 4 Ga election interference trial starts (tentatively, may move)
March 5 Super Tuesday
March 25 NY porn star hush money/business fraud trial starts
May 20 Federal espionage/classified document trial starts

Doesn’t leave much time for Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, New Mexico, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin to schedule their election interference trials still under investigation, or for him to be tied into Lindell’s upcoming identity fraud, conspiracy to defraud the United States, and causing intentional damage a protected computer case in Colorado, but they could happen before next Nov.
All these leave less time and money to fight the cases now being brought to invalidate him as a candidate in multiple states, and likely nationwide, and thanks to him saying he would pardon Jan 6 insurrectionists they don’t even need to prove he incited orchestrated and participated in the attack (although I believe that’s already been established in both houses by a 57-43 vote), he’s publicly given the insurrectionists aid and comfort and promised more…that again invokes the 14th amendment which now requires a 2/3 vote in the house and senate to make him a valid candidate. 😂

You claim these cases are all frauds designed to make him not run…you couldn’t be more wrong. Please help make him the Republican nominee, and refuse to replace him no matter what. PLEASE don’t lose faith no matter how many convictions he has or who says he’s invalid. Don’t listen to republicans who tell you he’s a guaranteed loss in November for the entire party, nor the 25% of republicans who say they won’t vote for him even if he’s not convicted…they’re all just RINOs, ignore them. 😂

Ruh-roe…The actual rapist Trump is officially under investigation in Arizona for pretty much exactly the same thing he was indicted in Georgia for…and may well be under investigation in Colorado for the same thing again. It’s looking like it’s possible he could be indicted in as many as 10 separate criminal cases soon in multiple states over various coordinated attempts to subvert democracy, not including his multiple civil cases for frauds, slander, libel, tax evasion that makes all the Hunter accusations look like pocket change, etc.

Edit: Now known he’s being officially investigated in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Arizona for the same charges. 😂
He has said that on Monday before he surrenders him so he’s going to give a press conference and read all the fake claims about election fraud he’s heard…which will be added to the evidence of his election fraud which already includes his tweets lying about election frauds. How stupid can you be?

Also it now turns out real estate failure Jared took over $3 billion from the Middle East as “investments” in his new investment firm that had no experience and officially didn’t pass muster when vetted, and pennies, less than 1% from real investors in places like America. This minutes after ending his job as Middle East ambassador/liaison/information supplier/trade negotiator/murder charge defender/weapon salesman…but my guess is you believe we better keep looking at Hunter with all eyeballs until we find a crime and ignore that, right?
😂

More MAGA child abuse insanity, Republican Congressman Derrick Van Orden from Wisconsin is in hot water after he screamed profanities at a group of young exhausted senate pages that were resting in the Capitol Rotunda after working all night serving the senate for free, like they’ve done for decades.
Not the first time, he also threatened a young underage female library page/volunteer in Wisconsin for setting up the library’s gay pride month display and verbally abused her so badly she never returned to her job.

Screaming obscenities at young children for doing their job (when they aren’t having sex with them)…THAT’S today’s MAGA.

D’oh! Tried to erase the server AFTER getting the subpoena! Pretty sure his obstruction and destruction of evidence attempt was also recorded…recorded on the server that was recovered. Also recovered, the war plans for attacking Iran that Trump showed known Chinese agents, also recorded, that Trump now claims didn’t happen. 😂
And Georgia is ready to indict, get ready.
Then likely Jan 6 charges.
Than possibly AZ charges.
Give it time. 😂

Bonus- Another “smoking gun” fails today with Devon Archer, Hunter Biden’s business partner who testified that on some occasions during dinner, even some business dinners, Hunter would put Joe on speaker phone to say hello, but never, not one time in 10 years did he ever discuss any business when his father was on the line. They talked about Bo, who had cancer, and the family, and some pleasantries. He also testified to having no knowledge whatsoever about any bribes to Hunter or Joe. Republicans had hyped this witness as the smoking gun connecting Hunter’s business dealings with Joe, and said he had personal knowledge of bribes…turned out to be the exact opposite of what Republicans claimed, as usual.
(Edit) Er mer gerd…just heard the insanity they’ve been feeding you all weekend about him…claiming the DOJ was trying to put Archer in prison Sunday night to stop him from testifying because he recently lost his appeal on fraud charges (completely unrelated to Hunter) and as is the normal process the DOJ sent the letter to the judge that starts the incarceration process that weeks or months later ends with him actually in prison serving the sentence he’s already received….and when no such obstruction or imprisonment happened they declared victory against the weaponized DOJ that they say caved to their strength and now allowed him to testify….to and about absolutely nothing criminal! You fools! This is the important work your reps are doing on your behalf….idiotic nonsense hearings with no purpose no evidence and no power to do anything about anything. I bet you’re lapping it up. 😂

Aaaaahahaha!
One private school followed the public school law in Texas and banned the Bible for glorifying explicit sexual and violent content…and the right has lost their hypocritical shit!
Enjoy reaping what you sow.

Edit: bonus- Trump was just deposed in the Eugene Carrol rape case, and as a civil case he could invoke the 5th but the jury can assume guilt because he pleads the 5th, so he actually testified for 7 hours. Now that deposition, which included questions the answers to which Bragg wanted on the record before prosecuting Trump for bank and tax fraud for fraudulently over/under valuations properties for loans/taxes.
Suddenly not filing this case last year when the investigators brought it to him is genius, because otherwise the civil deposition wouldn’t have happened for years if ever and he would have less evidence.

Added bonus- WI republicans hijacked the emergency alert system during a blizzard/tornado outbreak to fake an emergency alert that was in fact a political ad against the Democratic Supreme Court candidate. More evidence that respect for laws, morals, and ethics aren’t part of the Republican Party.
Happily thanks to this and other blatant Republican disregard and distain for the law, the Democratic candidate won by double digits in conservative Wisconsin.

Told you years ago….secret Trump love child revealed.
MIGHT not be true but he paid and fought to kill the story so it likely is.

Just wait, it’s going to come out that Barron really is Ivanka’s child….and her brother….and Melania is due tens of millions for keeping silent (but won’t ever see it).

Guaranteed there are more stories the National Inquirer caught and killed for Trump, many including secret payoffs…and if he pulled the same frauds he did with Daniels, he’s so hosed. The 34 felonies he’s charged with carry a 1 year MINIMUM. That’s 34 years if found guilty….MINIMUM. Oof.

For your bonus, Republicans now advocate weaponizing congress by ACTUALLY defunding the police, meaning cutting budgets so much the police cannot afford to continue their current investigations, in a blatant effort to protect Trump from the law. One more example of every accusation is an admission…

Democratic “defund the police” meant remove parts of the job like mental health care worker and fund existing departments dedicated to those kinds of issues that are better dealt with by professionals without overzealous law enforcement to avoid more near daily unnecessary murders by police and the accompanying multi million dollar lawsuits and freeing police to do the job of policing.

Republican “defund the police” means actually drastically cutting funding from the DOJ, FBI, and any other agency that cooperated in prosecuting Trump, and not caring one whit about the thousands of criminals that will go free, and thousands of preventable crimes that will be committed, with the only benefit being “protect Tangeriney Mousolini”. So much for the lie “party of law and order”, not that anyone outside the cult ever believed it.

PS- Way to go Wisconsin. Rejected the MAGA nutjob. The turnout by the under 30 crowd should have you shitting your pants over ‘24. If they turn out nation wide in anywhere near the same numbers (and they’re PISSED about religious zealots stripping their rights and instating pseudo-Christian Sharia law) its not going to be a blue wave or blue tsunami, it’s going to be blue waterworld.

Foxconn lock down continues

newtboy says...

Foxconn is what you get when quasi socialist/communist dictatorial countries dabble in capitalism.

Let’s not forget Trump made a huge brilliant deal with them to build a factory in Wisconsin with the biggest corporate handouts in history of $3 billion and infrastructure installed at taxpayer expense while imminent domain was used to toss people off their land and taxpayer money used to clear it in preparation, touting the $10 billion factory and 13000-50000 expected jobs, which in reality is now down to a promise of $672 million and maybe up to 1400 jobs someday…today it’s a storage facility that assembles some servers for select clients (Chinese companies). He and the Righties sure loved ‘Jiner’ then. No problem with communist ‘Jiner’ at all while they’re handing out patents to Ivanka.

Arizona Republicans Attacking People Trying To Vote

newtboy says...

Meanwhile, the GOP candidate in Wisconsin has stated privately, secretly recorded, that he’ll take over elections and “Republicans will never lose an election in Wisconsin if he’s elected.” And “I will decertify the 2020 election results.”
Their candidates are actually coming out and saying they will suspend democracy if they win and simply install the people they choose.

That seems to be the end game….interfere with elections enough that even non cultists start believing they aren’t secure, then suspend them altogether because if they aren’t secure, what’s the point.

And now Republicans in at least 5 states have been caught having submitted matching forged election documents, Georgia, Nevada, Arizona (twice), Wisconsin, and Michigan. These forgeries, complete with forged seals from their respective states, attempted to “certify” fraudulent electors from those states that intended to cast their electoral votes for Trump despite their states voting for Biden, that vote being certified, and the real electors being certified.
Pennsylvania too, but they didn’t try to claim they were the electors, they claimed they would be the electors if a court invalidated the election results….created at the direct personal request of the DJTrump campaign.

Jeff Clark, of the DOJ, drafted a letter telling states to hold off on certification because the DOJ was investigating election irregularities…..but they weren’t and the DOJ head, the AG, refused to sign off, so Trump accepted his resignation, the resignation of the assistant AG, and tried to install Clark so they could send this fraudulent letter about a non existent investigation of non existent election fraud. In that letter he referenced the “second set of electors” two weeks after these forgeries were submitted to congress and elsewhere but long before that was public knowledge.

Another few attempts by Republicans to subvert democracy.

Apparently Trump also flew the idea of having the national guard confiscate all voting machines and rerunning the election (until he won).

Why the entire party isn’t banned from holding office is beyond me, your representatives all undeniably violated (and continue to violate) section 3 of the 14th amendment, and you’ll never get 2/3 of congress to let that slide.

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

For the few that weren’t directly involved in the failed coup, the “aid and comfort” clause covers their behavior since.

JiggaJonson says...

That's not what happened according to Rottenhouse on the stand. According to him, he was a threat when his hands were up, which is when he decided to fire.

Not to mention, in an open carry state, it seems incumbent on the public to accept that someone running towards you with and open carry weapon is not a threat the same way it would be in a concealed carry state.

He's not "running at me with a gun" he's "running at me" since he's got the right to do that with or without a gun in Wisconsin. If what you said was true, anyone running in my direction with a gun is a deadly and -this is important- imminent, threat.

Just like Jacob Blake they all received just reactions.

Even Federal prosecutors announced that they won't file charges against a the police officer who shot Jacob Blake in Wisconsin last year

Did you know that NOT aiming a gun at someone could be more threatening than aiming a gun at someone? News to me.

He also has an odd definition of "lowering"

And if he's aiming his gun first, while not being aimed at... and "lowering"his gun by moving it away from the earth and towards the sky, and fires, and the man still isn't aiming a gun at him...

I hope you don't run into this kid and not aim a gun at him. That could make him feel like you're going to kill him.

Kyle Rittenhouse Trial Week 1 Summary

JiggaJonson says...

Nah, he was illegally "defending" property that didn't belong to him (silly Wisconsin values human lives [even 'thugs'] more than used cars).

He was illegally practicing medicine by soliciting people and asking if they needed first aid. WI code allows for unlicensed medicine practice in an emergency ONLY (how do we know he was offering services absent an emergency? He was turned down repeatedly, aka there was no emergency where someone needed forst aid). Walking around offering first aid services is illegal without a license. https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/statutes/statutes/448/ii/03

He illegally purchased a firearm through his uncle because he was under age.

He illegally was out past curfew for people 17 and under.

Gee, given all his lack of training and experience and maturity, I wonder why these things are illegal? Oh right, because someone so immature and ignorant of the law or disobedient of the law is more likely to be dangerous and kill someone when it's not warranted.

====

You can't escape the fact that WI law dictates that if he's already doing anything illegal he MUST exhaust all other reasonable options BEFORE using deadly force.

HE DID NOT DO SO. Someone fired a round in the air, someone lunged, and he killed em. Tangeal witnesses hear "he shot someone!" And give chase. He kills another. Why no empathy for the people who suspected he was a "thug" and tried to vigilante justice him?

And
And
And
ANOTHER THING
It's really ugly to witness the duality of your flippant attitude towards people trying to legally claim asylum 'they broke the law' because they went to the wrong entry point because they speak fucking Portuguese and don't always know exactly where they are out in the Mexico desert.
Vs the bizarre justification you're trying to make for this kid who 'broke the law' in, I contend, a series of more serious laws that warrant criminal liability.

If this kid gets off I hope he moves to NC and you run into him once he gets his highway patrol car. You can have him.

I'll take the family in Afghanistan I'm trying to help who, you know, don't get off on killing people.

bobknight33 said:

He was put into harms way the the thugs.

Guess you wanted him to be beaten to a pulp.

Kyle Rittenhouse Trial Week 1 Summary

JiggaJonson says...

"engages in unlawful conduct of a type likely to provoke others to attack...is NOT entitled to claim the privilege of self-defense...person is NOT privileged to resort to the use of force intended or likely to cause death to the person's assailant UNLESS the person reasonably believes he or she has exhausted every other reasonable means to escape"

Warning shots seem to be enough for you to allow this kid to kill someone because they are so threatening. Warning shots seem like a reasonable means of attempting to escape. Warning shots were not exhausted by Rittenhouse, who is stuck having to exhaust all reasonable means of escape before using deadly force per Wisconsin law because he was engaged in unlawful behavior during the incident. If he doesn't exhaust all reasonable means of escape, self defense cannot apply. If he claims the shot fired in the air is threatening, he acknowledges that it's a means of escape through intimidation. Checkmate, dumbass.

bobknight33 said:

Lets see,
This guy got shot when he pointed his gut at Rit

1 guy got shot after hitting him with skateboard and tried to pull the guy away
The other guy said to Rit and his fried that he was going to kill them earlier. When he had the opportunity he chased Rit down and Rit defended himself.

Kyle Rittenhouse Trial Week 1 Summary

Eh, it's debatable still

Here's the WI state code as that would apply here
https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/statutes/statutes/939/iii/48

===================================
Some likely applicable law from that link
From SUBCHAPTER III
DEFENSES TO CRIMINAL LIABILITY
===================================
A person is privileged to threaten or intentionally use force against another for the purpose of preventing or terminating what the person reasonably believes to be an unlawful interference with his or her person by such other person. The actor may intentionally use only such force or threat thereof as the actor reasonably believes is necessary to prevent or terminate the interference. The actor may not intentionally use force which is intended or likely to cause death or great bodily harm unless the actor reasonably believes that such force is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to himself or herself.
-------------------------------------------
> It's not up to the witnesses to determine if the actions were reasonable or not, that's a question for the jury.

====================================================
====================================================

"engage in unlawful conduct likely to provoke others to attack"

"Provocation affects the privilege of self-defense as follows:
(a) A person who engages in unlawful conduct of a type likely to provoke others to attack him or her and thereby does provoke an attack is not entitled to claim the privilege of self-defense against such attack, except when the attack which ensues is of a type causing the person engaging in the unlawful conduct to reasonably believe that he or she is in imminent danger of death or great bodily harm. In such a case, the person engaging in the unlawful conduct is privileged to act in self-defense, but the person is not privileged to resort to the use of force intended or likely to cause death to the person's assailant unless the person reasonably believes he or she has exhausted every other reasonable means to escape from or otherwise avoid death or great bodily harm at the hands of his or her assailant.

He was able to run away... And while someone shot into the air they didn't shoot at HIM or point a gun at him. And the person who shot into the air isn't the one who lunged at him.

as else mentioned" Evidence wise though, it looks like self defense, after breaking many laws and putting himself in harms way, is still factually part of the night.
