The agents act based on a set of rules / freedoms/constraints prescribed by a human. The agents "learn" based on the objective functions defined by the human. With enough iterations (how many times did the narrator say "millions" in the video) . Sure, it is a good demonstration of how adaptive learning works, but the hype-fog is getting a big thick and sickening folks. This is a very complex optimization problem being solved with impressive and current technologies, but it is certainly not behavioural intelligence.

To me the truly disheartening thing is the response afterwards. With the dude by the elevator, I remember the chief of police being interviewed saying something like "The individual adopted a fighting pose, and the officers had to force him to sit down (by repeatedly punching him in the face)". The bigger shock in this case is the fact Don Jr didn't come forward ages ago. The whole point is to delay things, and mess up Obamacare so they can say, "see we told you it was imploding in on itself". Then they'll actually get around to passing whatever it is they plan on doing, but this delay tactic is just to cause the insurance industry to abandon Obamacare.

I find it disgusting and outrageous that people are still allowed to use this kind of indiscriminate trapping these days at all. There's no way to keep endangered, or unwanted animals from being killed or injured to the point where they'll likely die later.
I would like to think I would destroy any I found, and/or use them on the trapper if I found them, leaving them pinned in the forest with both arms and legs attached to separate trees in hopes that the animal they were going for finds them and has a nice treat.
