Morons think this is evidence of something besides Trump’s utterly disastrous covid response, praising China and Xi and completely denying COVID’s dangers, needlessly costing a minimum of 500000 American lives and trillions of dollars wasted according to his own appointees.

What the report she mischaracterized said was genetic studies had PROVEN the virus was not genetically modified or “created” by any known unnatural process, (a conspiracy theory the right tried to float) so the theory that it had been CREATED in a lab was proven false. Banana republicans are too dumb or dishonest to make that clear.

What they also love to ignore is the eradication of our international pandemic response teams that had been stationed in countries world wide including China before Trump closed their offices, and they would have been on scene in September when the first cases were discovered not only to definitively identify the source, but to start efforts to combat it 8 months earlier that the Trump administration did. That could have completely prevented the pandemic, and would have offered the opportunity to properly respond well before it came to America, saving well over a million American lives and up to $16 TRILLION dollars.

Too bad Banana republicans have such selective memories. It make any discussion with them a fight over reality, because they always deny reality and history and think their conspiratorial fantasy holds more weight than scientific facts.

This type of history rewriting propaganda has no place anywhere, especially in congress, and should be plucked like a weed and burned with fire every time it pokes itself above ground.

Initial arrest report coming out…they claimed he was an aggravated assault suspect (not true), was sweating profusely and irate when exiting the car (not true), grabbed detective Martin’s gun (not true-yet Martin is listed as “victim” on the report), and pulled on other officers gun belts (also not true).
No mention of any punching or kicking of Nichols.
Also turns out one officer involved on scene was the official supervisor on duty and he signed off on that report.
I hope they all get life in gen pop.

I'm optimistic that the level of creativity and humor presented in the teaser means the team behind the movie has their collective head screwed on straight. The teasers / trailers that worry me are the ones that are just quick cuts of various action scenes and striking landscapes - leaning too heavily on visuals gives me serious misgivings about the writing. When teasers give a taste but legitimately *tease* us (the Matrix is a good example, or the first teaser for LotR) that seems to generally be a great sign.

Bongo isn't worth the spit. Sharing nothing as he has no grasp of history. I do...but am fairly well-read...and am open to learning the good/bad/ugly of American history. Check out the '60s and the LBJ administration. Find a book by a real historian. Answers should come by seeing it for yourself. Or, magically, given the chance to think about it objectively.

will admit was against Uncle Thomas from the beginning. anyone w/sense knew a black man was going to be appointed but who he was replacing was almost too much to bear (like the scene in Raiders of the Lost Ark - a jewel for a bag of dirt). never appeared to me to be overqualified or a cognitive powerhouse. believed he'd be what he is. seat filler.

so was biased in that regard. knew how to judge the judge.

in a wider view - we are all biased in some regard. hard not to be. science has shown even our brains give us bad info. racism exists everywhere - no one group is immune. 'tho some use it as a tool to get other tools to act like fools (ex: Jan 6). i.e. don't use bias to prove bias. like trying to wash in dirty water.

Yesterday's episode was good too. It had a few funny scenes!

I don't do "clean up". I've done pick up and transport for 11 years. I've never felt a "presence" on any scene where I did a body removal other than inspectors, police or a pet. Flies and maggots don't count.

I just saw the scene photos, and the markers for bullet casings went to at least 96, which they are reporting as “near 90”. WTF?

I could be tempted to watch a new _Star Wars_ film if all the Jedi scenes were like this.
