I think they missed the mark with a personified rabbit. I would have suggested a group of elderly women with all the same injuries, or young children being immobilized and tortured, having patches of skin removed without anesthesia, having limbs removed to see if it affects how long the lipstick stays looking fresh, etc. People who don't mind animal testing won't listen to a stop motion animal, but might listen to an abused and tortured grandma.

Sure I could request a warranty replacement, but I'd have to pay shipping both ways, which costs more than getting a new one.

Apple has had class-action battery lawsuits almost every year since the iPod introduction. I did take advantage when they had $30 battery replacement for iPhones, but guess what - that's gone back up to "overpriced" as of last year. At least they support iOS devices with 5 years of software updates. Google has always been worse, and some 3rd party (HTC for example) ship new Android phones (at least their cheaper non-flagship models) with outdated software, and never release a patch.

I can't agree with that. They seem to fly about 20 different flags, plus numerous bastardizations of the US flag. I saw one rioter with one American flag patch with a rifle silhouette over it, and a few inches lower another American flag patch with a different image over it (I can't recall, but remember noting how freely they corrupted the flag). The rioter seen in Pelosi's office laid the American flag he'd been carrying on a damned filing cabinet to get his photo op with his feet up on her desk.
