So anyway, turns out microchips are a good thing...

Too bad we don't extend this compassion to other animals. Namely the ones we choose to eat.
The refugee crisis is largely out of our hands, but choosing not to eat animals that feel the same emotions as this dog, is a decision we can make with every meal.
No you don't need meat or any other animal products to live a healthful life, and no it's not all salad and tofu

Venomous Eastern Brown Snake Devours a Carpet Python Whole

Perhaps not too common, but snakes eating snakes is the name of the game for the Blue Indigo (or Eastern Indigo) here in Texas. These guys love eating rattlers, brown snakes and copperheads. Grow incredibly large (we've seen 5 footers) and are apparently immune to the bite of their poisonous meals.

Adam Ruins Everything - Climate Change

transmorpher says...

You don't have to change your entire way of life, all you have to do is stop eating animal products - which account for 51% of Global Warming. http://www.cowspiracy.com/facts/

What does this mean? It means that even if the governments and technology could give us entirely sustainable electricity and transport, then global warming would still destroy the planet, because of the gases released from the 80+ billion farm animals raised each year.

The good news is though, that as individuals we have the power to save the world, with every meal.

Irish People Taste Test Thanksgiving Food

Hipster millennials might have to put up with that shit, but I never had anything but amazing turkey in my youth.

To this day, my Xmas in july (Southern Hemisphere winter) dinners are the stuff of legend.

If you dare impugn my countrymans amazing turkey, you will have to come to NZ and I will cook a fantastic meal for you! That'll learn ya...

I can't believe the dry obviously commercial breastmeat slabs they gave them. Yerk. Turkey must really suck in Ireland to have that sad excuse of a lunchmeat be praised.

Irish People Taste Test Thanksgiving Food

Midwest here: other than the plate of turkey, stuffing, and cranberries, this is utterly unlike Thanksgiving to me. Also, I'll echo the "regular" vs cornbread stuffing. If we have cornbread it's as a chunk of cornbread, not stuffing. My wife and I handled our family's meal this year, and we had scalloped corn, dinner rolls, two types of mashed potatoes, a rich mac and cheese, and several types of (non-pecan) pie.

Chili’s manager takes away free meal from veteran

poolcleaner says...

You should read what Trump supporting veterans say about him: Belligerent and entitled; a shame to military servicemen. No joke, in the fucking comments of the USAT article.

Some people even had the gall to say this veteran's shameful actions will harm Chili's business and that he shouldn't have fought over the meal. He should have been the bigger man and left without a free dinner, because military people don't sweat the small stuff -- you know, the small stuff, like human rights violations.

See what I'm doing? I'm breaking the influence of your echo chamber so you can hear the reasonable arguments from the Trump supporters you've been ignoring while you remain clueless talking with all your liberal friends about propaganda.

Come on, the reasonable qualities of racism are important issues largely being ignored by the left. At least listen. lolllllllllllll

So let's be real about what happened here. Some racist Trump supporter saw a black guy getting a free meal and didn't like it so he complained to the manager.

Kudos to the veteran for not putting up with that bullshit.
