Isn't it a bit odd that the person who passed the Violence Against Women Act in 1994 (so he was lobbying to get it passed and the bill was introduced in January 1993), am I the only person who thinks its odd that he passed this bill:

So you mean to tell me
While he was co-sponsoring/writing/passing THAT PARTICULAR LAW that created the following:

--- established annual $1.6 billion toward investigation and prosecution of violent crimes against women

---codified sex crimes to make them Federal crimes

---imposed automatic and mandatory penalties on those convicted

---allowed civil cases to be brought in cases prosecutors chose to leave un-prosecuted

---created confidentiality protections for victims

---created a training program for judges to encourage them to prosecute sexual assault crimes against women


So WHILE he's making it easier to sue and bring charges against former employers and creates mandatory minimums for those found guilty and if the prosecutors don't want to do it, created a pathway for civil lawsuits to be brought - you're telling me that WHILE he's doing that, he sexually assaults one of his employees from his offices WHILE he's doing that?

I think Bill Maher is with you on this. Not in advocating population control, but at least to not have offspring.

Population Control is just a nightmare on so many levels. The heartbreaks and gender imbalance introduced by China is devastating.

Most governments (and thus its people) are conditioned to think free-market capitalism is the only future. Economic growth is the only way forward. it's all about Growth, Growth, Growth. Never about the 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) and "Waste Not, Want Not" kind of life practice.

It can only be down to the individuals to do what's right. I don't hold my breath waiting for government or society-wide action.

His dig on SNL "trying to be funny" was actually the funniest part of the show. Pete Davidson's music video was pretty good (not funny, but still entertaining). Michael Che talking about his grandma was good (not funny, but touching).

I know, right? Even though these videos are a major source of advertising and hype for 40K, GW is notorious for being cease-and-desist happy. But I have to wonder if there is a bit of legal wiggle-room here - is it fair-use? Is it because the authour hasn't monetized the videos?

Hopefully, GW realises how great these are for introducing people to the 40K universe. They could *easily* contract the artist to make a proper series out of these...I'd pay to watch it.

There are a series of these vids on YT. When you get to the one that has the guy introduce himself as "Larry aka The Prototype", try not to puke on your keyboard. It's hard to have sympathy for a practicing douchebag.

I was introduce to that horrible song (by Donna Summers 1978ish) when i was a kid. I thought those lyrics were the dumbest i had ever heard and the song always just made me mad because of them. Till this day i can't listen to it.
