Pulling a Turkey out of a cars front grill

newtboy jokingly says...

Now we see why Ben Franklin wanted the turkey as America’s national bird instead of the thief and carrion eater we chose, bald eagles. Bald eagles are fragile creatures, and as demonstrated in this video, turkeys are nearly indestructible.

Deputy Body-Slamming Child To Ground Twice At Middle School

JiggaJonson says...

Don't blame the union. Unions have ways of sidestepping that process and contracts have provisions for people to be fired for blatant and flagrant violations of the law.

He wouldn't be on administrative leave if he drove his cruiser through a crowd full of kids while he was drunk. Similarly, there's no investigation to be done here.

He attacked a child - and if there was a reason to justify the first assault, I'm assuming it's the usual "police presumed to be acting in good faith" would be thrown up because that's fair ^eye-roll^; even that doesn't hold up to the second slam. The second slam is an individualized version of a squad-car running through a crowd. It's blatant, flagrant, and criminal.

We need to stop treating COPs (citizens on patrol) like a class of citizens that can get away with this shit or receive any special treatment. If that man was a custodian, he'd be fired on the spot and arrested. Then if he was black it wouldn't matter if his hands were laid flat on the ground and he was spread eagle screaming "I AM NOT RESISTING ARREST AND AM UNARMED" someone would shout

He's on paid administrative leave because that's what the union contract stipulates. The reason being he shouldn't be penalised because he's waiting for the outcome of the investigation.

He's been removed from the situation.

The process is to protect the unjustly accused, not benefit the guilty.

Doctors Diagnose Liberal

JiggaJonson says...

my first thought..."man...the only conservative i kind of like is Jeff Foxworthy I guess."

Yeah where are the jokes exactly? Is that the way a liberal would react? Is that an exaggeration of the way they would act? A bald eagle = corporate greed? I don't understand. Are there people watching this who can't contain themselves?

From the youtube, I think this sums it up well
"This kind of content only triggers liberals the rest of us love it.

This Presidential Seal Does Not Look Like The Others

noims says...

Other fun points, apparently. Instead of "E pluribus unum" to read "45 es un titere" (45 is a puppet), and the stars on the shield in front of the eagle actually are hammer&sickle symbols. They're hard to make out in this viedo, but you can see something's wrong with them.

@bobknight33

How's your stable genius now? You know most people of average intelligence or better would notice the difference between the seal of their own personal office and one as manipulated as this is?

Russian-styled Eagle with two heads, golf clubs instead of arrows, wad of cash instead of an olive branch. None of it apparently noticed by the stable genius or any of his cronies.

Can you at least admit he's stupid now?

Sesame Street: Respect is Coming

newtboy says...

Well...I tried to like it, and watched the first 4 episodes this winter....one kid pushed off a building was the extent of the violence I recall. After Vikings, I was expecting more.
I told my wife to find me an episode with action, not just drama...she tried starting at season 7, which started well with a mass poisoning (quickly ruined for me with a Mission Impossible style mask removal...WHAT?!), but nothing else. Maybe she just chose poorly, but I still wasn't impressed. I want some blood eagles or better with a minimum of two protracted gruesome deaths or a medium to enormous bloody battle per episode to feel I've gotten satisfactory ultra violence, I wasn't overly impressed with the few sex scenes I've seen either.

I never watched House Of Cards, just wasn't interested in a political drama, I see far more of that than I ever wanted in real life now.
So yeah, I don't think it's for me....that's fine, most popular shows aren't. What I've seen so far was fantasy soap opera more than action. If basic cable can give me semi-historical brutal live organ removals, hundreds of bloody deaths, and three ways, I expect the same or better from premium cable.

So I’ll grant you the fantasy monsters and soft core porn, but the violence is definitely a hard R.

Besides, there’s a lot more to the show than that. GoT at its best is medieval House of Cards. It has great characters and a pretty intricate plot.

It’s not perfect, and of course, you don’t have to like it, but dismissing it as tits and dragons just isn’t fair.

Just because you can go fast, doesn't mean you should

Raw video: Beer can slams into World Series trophy

StukaFox says...

That's all?

If those were Eagles' fans, they would have set the fucking thing on fire, stomped it out and then burned down the rest of the city.

On the other hand, y'know, cheesesteaks.

Joe Walsh - Life's Been Good (Live Spoken Word Version)

BSR says...

I'm a big Eagles fan. Their music brings back many great memories.

The Eagles Live album came with a poster that I laminated and hung on my bedroom wall. I've looked at that poster for hours over the years.

It was an aerial view of the Yale Bowl where the Eagles performed.

http://www.eaglesonlinecentral.com/images/liveposter1.jpg

I dreamed I could have gone to that concert every time I looked at it. There was always a feeling of having missed something that was so awesome.

Then when the Eagles had their Hell Freezes Over tour I couldn't believe that my dream was going to come true!

The concert was not going to be at the Yale Bowl but rather, the next best place. The Citrus Bowl in Orlando! But to me it was the Yale bowl and I was at that concert. One of the most memorable times of my life.

Eagle Steals Rabbit From Fox

entr0py says...

I think that fox must have taken some damage, you can see he wasn't holding on with his teeth, he just has the meat hooks in him.

Eagles are already OPed, you'd think they could find their own food. But no, they'd rather grief foxes.
