screw eve, i hate this terrible game. Jumpgate: Evolution is where it's at. Considering Eve borrowed greatly from the original Jumpgate, it's only fair that Jumpgate should return and completely demolish Eve. Honestly, these games *need* real-time active dogfighting and to play like X-Wing/Privateer/Freelancer or they're just a waste of 99% of space-sim fans' time.

I failed many exams thanks to Frontier: Elite 2 (or whatever it was called).

That had newtonian physics, excessively so, manually trying to rendezvous with stations orbiting planets orbiting stars was tricky. Misjudge your accelerated time and you slammed into a planet, or it slammed into you. It made dogfighting a bit crap compared to Elite 1.

You could land at planetary bases, some like the underground moon base in 2001 and all that cool stuff, and I was playing it on a 2Mb Amiga. Its sequel "First Encounters" had even better graphics but was bugged to jiggery.

Someone needs to step up and give us the 2008 space opera that will put the final nail in the coffin that is my social life

"21 Grams," "Amores Perros," and "Babel" are considered a trilogy of films by this director. None of them have continuing stories between the films, however. "21 Grams" irritated me most of the three. All do that Tarantino out of sequence storytelling - "21 Grams", the worst offender.

The director is one a group of Mexican directors that have gotten attention in the last few years.

The sexiest sexy sex thing in the movie is the choreography of the dogfighting.

The "gay" stuff is eye candy for female moviegoers and a reflection of the fact that these guys risk their lives together. You try being a fighter pilot without loving your wingman.

Quentin is so wrong here he even has to fake the last line to make his theory work.
