Great, what does that have to do with the message of the speaker.

Both are belittling & incongruent with "adult" behavior/conversation.

Then I ran into her bullshit.

There's tons of evidence on youtube that points out Sarkeesian's hypocrisy.

So if you're uninformed, why not take it upon yourself.. to educate yourself.

A - Gamergate is first world problem bullshit
B - It has garnered unwarranted hype and a counter-cult of white-knight SJW supporters.
C - It's being conflated with an ACTUAL very serious set of issues.
Online Harassment. Slut shaming. The depiction & plight of genders in pop culture. etc.
D - Actual victims & movements, ON BOTH SIDES, are being undermined by this frenzy.

Juxtapose that with the brutal home invasion & sexual assault..

Then ask yourself if the nitpicky personal opinion you're about to express maintains the situation & context.

Otherwise, you end up expressing terrible mindless thoughts like @Babymech.
in effect - "regardless of her peer's brutal rape.. she has no right to expect an outspoken proponent of women's rights.. to respond to her.. or call attention to the most disparaged & vulnerable/easily victimized members of society, female sex workers"

This is why the videosift community can barely be taken seriously.

It's no Gervais. Really nice on Bill Cosby, possibly wanted more on civil rights movement with all the insanely racist stuff going on though.

That Grand Budapest Hotel was brilliant though - it could have so easily been a disaster with the pacing and the atmosphere and style.. Ralph Fiennes gets huge, huge kudos from me.. Daniel Day-Lewis level stuff.

Most of it was typical hollywood circle jerking, but upvote for the Cosby joke. That took guts.

I miss Bill Cosby so much. I have such great childhood memories from his standup and various TV shows. I still hope I get to meet him someday.

This man is a very crass Bill Cosby. I support him due to the reality he shines a flashlight on. Sad some people would downvote this.

I agree, he should be up there with Carlin and Pryor but he went too mainstream for some people I guess so he gets left out of it.
Sorta like how Louis CK points out that Seinfeld is a genius at comedy but most people see him for only his show and being an actor instead of a comic.

I don't think it's that; The Cosby Show was just like his standup comedy. Hell, quite a few of the shows were just acting out the stories he used to tell on stage. I think it's just that he wasn't the least bit edgy. He was hilarious but he was very "safe". No controversy, no swearing, no risky topics. I think he's just seen as a naive old man by most people who are my age or younger.

But he seems to be known more for his pudding commercials than any of his work now, so maybe you're right in that sense.
