Yes, he had no defense. The stipulated facts proved him guilty beyond doubt. Just like Giuliani who is $150 million poorer this evening. They didn’t offer a defense and were found guilty based on what they agreed the facts were, now they whine it’s unfair they were found guilty. 😂

The second part of trials are the punishment phase. That’s the only phase that either defendant had because they had no defense to their guilt….And you think this proves some conspiracy?!. Sucker. Idiot! Braying moron! 😂 you don’t understand the world and it’s so big and scary and unfair, isn’t it baby boy? Yes Bob. After guilt is established, there’s more trial before the prosecution rests. Only absolute brain dead slugs don’t understand that, clearly you and MAGA don’t understand it.

And you are so delusional, gullible, and ignorant you think normal trial procedure proves some conspiracy. 😂 you honestly are the dumbest person I’ve ever encountered including the mentally challenged and brain damaged people I’ve known…you take the cake for dumb bob. Congrabulations!

BTW- the idiot whose video you posted clearly has no idea what communism is, he just likes saying the word. The courts making a summary judgement based on the undisputed evidence is not only not communistic, it’s perfectly normal, especially when the charges are proven so conclusively. He claimed on sworn documents his apartment was 3 times the size it was to fraudulently get better loan terms that over years saved him reportedly near $200 million in interest alone that he would have paid had he been honest about the collateral he was using. There’s no way to explain that away, nor the other few thousand examples of fudging the numbers always in his favor for fraudulent financial gains and tax evasion that they have on record with his signature attached swearing to the veracity of the values he supplied.
I know it will all go over your head, but here’s the legal explanation of what you and MAGA don’t understand about the law here….not all your fault, you are clearly ignorant of the law and Trump and team and morons like this are misleading you.

BTW- posted this for you to celebrate all the MAGgots falling like rain.

Why it's hard to be Republican w/a mind and heart

You knew it was coming….not that them being “nuclear secrets” is a prerequisite for having the top secret classified documents, keeping them unsecured, or lying about it repeatedly to be crimes…they don’t even need to be classified documents , but when they are it’s a slam dunk that mishandling them makes us less safe, and is a crime….when they are the absolute highest level of classification, to be kept under lock and key at secure facilities with secure viewing facilities and under armed guard 24/7…not in a box in the hallway open to the public with framed Time magazines and newspaper clippings….it’s game over, do not pass go, do not collect $200, and it won’t matter how many Trump appointed unqualified judges destroy their careers trying to shield him. One already has.

Edit : just an aside, discovery in the Dominion case with Fox became interesting today when internal emails from Piro’s producer to the executives were leaked, proving that they KNEW she was just pulling conspiracy theories off the internet to bolster Trump’s false election fraud claims that they knew in early November were false, and that she needed to be removed from the air because she’s using Fox to spread slanderous and libelous lies, opening them up to serious repercussions (like a $1.6 billion judgement). 😂

Sorry where is this information ?

Why it's hard to be Republican w/a mind and heart

moonsammy says...

Perhaps even more concerning than nuclear secrets being exposed* is the possibility that intelligence sources were compromised. In fact, this seems extraordinarily likely, given that the CIA in October 2021 sent out a memo stating they'd been losing sources (via arrest, being compromised, or being killed) at a concerning rate. That's a rather major issue for national defense. Clearly something was the cause of that increased loss of assets, and TS/SCI documents are very likely to have included sources. Why would papers only meant to be stored or accessed within a specialized, secure facility be redacted?

The topics of the documents in question may not matter, in terms of how fucked FPOTUS might be. if Trump, for reasons of greed, malice, and/or gross negligence, caused the loss of sources useful to US security, that's legally a biiiig fucking deal.

And even being the cause of the murder of multiple intelligence assets may not really matter at all. Because, legally, being in possession of TS/SCI documents outside of a SCIF is a biiiig fucking deal all on its own. The jail term PER DOCUMENT runs multiple years.

Relevant legal mumbo-jumbo:
18 U.S. Code § 793 - Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information
(b) Whoever, for the purpose aforesaid, and with like intent or reason to believe, copies, takes, makes, or obtains, or attempts to copy, take, make, or obtain, any sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, document, writing, or note of anything connected with the national defense; ...
(f) ...Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.
(g) If two or more persons conspire to violate any of the foregoing provisions of this section, and one or more of such persons do any act to effect the object of the conspiracy, each of the parties to such conspiracy shall be subject to the punishment provided for the offense which is the object of such conspiracy.

*Nuclear secrets being exposed also does seem plausible, but with so many countries having nukes and so many existing to be fucked with in some manner, I feel the much more exclusive knowledge of US intelligence asset identities is a larger problem, legally and probably morally. He probably directly caused multiple murders, and a general degradation of the US's intelligence capabilities. Not something one wants in a commander in chief.

The leader of the Oath Keepers and some cohorts were arrested recently, charged with seditious conspiracy.

The encrypted texts they sent have been decrypted and prove they planned the Jan 6 attack, from numerous people smuggling guns into DC to arm their cohorts (some who were caught in the act) to preplanning the armed forced entry to the capitol with the intent to disrupt congressional business.

12K Illegal Immigrants Live Under Bridge In Del Rio, Taxes

bobknight33 says...

If they are here Illegally then they ARE Illegal Immigrants.

If they are afraid of their home they can stop in many other places even Mexico.

Also anyone who can walk a thousand miles or so don't need to be in America to make a life for themself.

8 U.S. Code § 1225
reworked under Obama .. His administration mandated all Illegal aliens no to be referred as aliens.

Besides this is CNN call them illegal. Fake news getting it right once in a while.

They're not "illegal immigrants" if they're refugees. Refugees are leaving another country seeing refuge because they are in danger. It's a legal (hence, not illegal) policy adopted by the united states post WWII because we decided after the fact that we didnt take in enough jewish refugees seeking asylum before the holocaust.

Simply calling these people illegal flies in the face of US law. You, sir, are being anti-American when you falsely claim something is illegal when that is simply not the case.

And how exactly is it Biden's fault that there was a crazy hurricane that hit Haiti following a deadly attack on their president?

Ku Klux Klan Member interview-Chris

The right is well aware of this, and are also aware that the black masks "antifa" used can be purchased anywhere, and lucked out when BLM often used them in their rallies too (thanks to Covid) so they were already subconsciously connected. It wasn't difficult for them to buy some black masks and clothing themselves, then commit crimes in the name of antifa at BLM events, so they did, most arrested for shootings and all arrested for bombings were right wing terrorists only dressed as antifa.
They even had manifestos outlining their plan to trigger civil war by instigating riots and committing murders and bombings and blaming their actions on antifa when caught.
That needs to be in the spotlight imo, so people understand the violent mob isn't just leftists, it's also Trumpists in antifa clothing and they're perpetrating (and attempting) the worst violence.

I agree about silencing offensive speech. The right way to handle offensive stupidity is debate it publicly, imo. Does the left at these universities not have access to intelligent knowledgeable people willing to contradict blatant racists or Nazis on stage? Do the universities not have a debate coach willing to moderate? Why not?
Just call Cornel West, he'll do it.

Thanks to BSR for having this posted. This is the sort of stuff that needs to get more airtime and eyeballs.

I think that pairs to the worst crime the left has been involved in related to the dumpster fire that is today. The entire notion of de-platforming or silencing 'offensive' speech, and that Universities have if anything been leading the way. Universities need to instead be having guys like the one here getting their views known more broadly, and then point out loudly what is considered bad and dangerous about them. More importantly, to also point out how closely it aligns with Trump and his rallying cries.

When the left could have been discrediting this filth, they have instead been accomplishing the opposite by actively rallying moderates to 'defend' the freedom of speech of these guys.

The passive majority has been watching for a long time as advocates on the left have used force and violence to disrupt speech they don't like. Now, cities are burning and despite it being for entirely other reasons, you have a lot of middle america only seeing the same angry mob of leftists at the same stuff again as before. Demand everyone do things their way or violence will be used. The worst/scariest thing to me is the Dems still seem confused by how people aren't flocking to them in the face of Trumps malice. They somehow can not fathom that there are an awful lot of right leaning people honestly worried that their only choice is between a Trump they loath in most everyway, but on the other side and angry mob of leftists willing to use violence on anyone that doesn't conform. If Trump wins the next election I'll be sickened, but also entirely unsurprised.

War On USPS

newtboy says...

Turns out DeJoy and his wife have between $30-75.8 million in stocks of companies that directly compete with the USPS, companies that have already benefited from the slowdowns he's causing. Seems like a clear conflict of interest.

"Louis DeJoy and his wife Aldona Wos reported between at least $30 million to just over $75.8 million in assets from XPO Logistics, J.B. Hunt and UPS. All are competitors with U.S. Postal Service operations. While government records confirm their ownership of the assets, the exact value of the holdings is not clear from the records. "

Also, delaying the mail is illegal, with up to 5 years in prison per letter, +1 year for every newspaper delayed.

newtboy says...

So you think machine guns aren't firearms...or do you think they aren't really illegal?

Edit: What about bazookas, grenades, mortars, etc.?
They are firearms by the federal definition....https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/921

(3)The term “firearm” means (A) any weapon (including a starter gun) which will or is designed to or may readily be converted to expel a projectile by the action of an explosive; (B) the frame or receiver of any such weapon; (C) any firearm muffler or firearm silencer; or (D) any destructive device. Such term does not include an antique firearm.
(4)The term “destructive device” means—
(A)any explosive, incendiary, or poison gas—
(i)bomb,
(ii)grenade,
(iii)rocket having a propellant charge of more than four ounces,
(iv)missile having an explosive or incendiary charge of more than one-quarter ounce,
(v)mine, or
(vi)device similar to any of the devices described in the preceding clauses;

harlequinn said:

The 2A specifically says "arms". There is plenty of debate and case law regarding what arms they meant. Suffice to say there isn't a shadow of a doubt that it means firearms (long and short) of all varieties commonly available.

"doesn't mention anything about not restricting the types of armaments people can use"

It does restrict the government from making laws in this regard. The 2A is a law restricting government, not the people. "shall not be infringed" literally means you shall make no law that affects this right in any way.
