NOBODY GIVES A BLEEP ABOUT JAN 6TH

cloudballoon says...

Least of all Trump. He's been having a grand time playing golf all day, not "truthing," not doing rallies endorsing Jan 6 deniers, not destroying all evidence, not calling all his co-conspirators to STFU, amiright?

Bernie Convinces Republicans He’s Right

TheFreak says...

"Billionaire" is a mental illness.

How much money do you need to live in comfort for your entire life? $10million, $50million? The level of greed necessary to conspire to strip BILLIONS of dollars out of your community is a sickness. It's also clearly genetic since it's an inherited disease.

China’s New Bio Weapon Targets Race and Ethnicity

newtboy says...

Jesus fuck, @bobknight33….you can’t be this gullible. Some internet failure of a traveler blogger did not discover some massive nefarious Chinese plot to develop targeted diseases to release publicly against their genetic enemies….nor did he fact check it any more than you did. If there was a scintilla of truth to this nonsense, he would have been disappeared long before he could post this fantasy through the well monitored Chinese internet or leave the country. Duh. How do you fall for this…every….single….time?

I love how these idiotic conspiracy theories require unbelievable competence, cooperation on a scale never seen, planning and execution on a god level, but idiot internet sleuths think they, on their own, have unraveled the conspiracy because the god level conspirators made some idiotic rookie mistake no professional ever would, exposing the entire scheme….but only to them, the proof is hidden, just trust them.

Jesus fucking Christ, grow up and join reality, buddy. You honestly need mental help if you believe the nonsense you post.

Ex-Trump Adviser Steve Bannon Arrested & Charged with Fraud

newtboy says...

Lol. Really? What did he let slip that pissed them off?

Don't forget, since he has federal immunity, he can no longer claim the 5th and can be forced to testify in federal court against his co conspirators....and not just these three.

Everyone who got blanket pardons can be forced to testify against Trump or be in contempt indefinitely. A pardon is both an admission of guilt and a federal immunity deal.

surfingyt said:

repubs kicked the mypillow moron out of their event after he was on bannons show.

Judge explicitly said Bannon was admitting his guilt. This means Manhattan DA and NY AG can go right after Bannon, and every state will jump into the class action against him. interesting being dropped today, just as the Manhattan DA is empaneling a grand jury for indictments. The "party of law and order" republicants LOL

thanks for reminding us bob we got another L lined up for ya

Anjanette Young Humiliated while Naked by Chicago Police

newtboy says...

Agreed, but this wasn't just ineptitude, it was an active criminal coverup by the officers all the way to the mayor perpetrated for a full year, that's criminal, and they're all co-conspirators.
The only reasonable solution is to fire every single one in their department, all supervisors, and the mayor and force them to prove they weren't involved to reapply for any law enforcement or government job anywhere in America.

Police in America are the biggest violent criminal organization in the country and deserve to be treated as such. This wasn't an innocent mistake, it was an armed home invasion they've tried incredibly hard to hide, so far successfully. As long as they have immunity, they deserve nothing less than immediate execution by the entire community on the spot when caught being armed criminals...it's what they do, turnabout is always fair play.

lol... USA is a fucking reality TV show at this point. This isn't even unsual... The police are just fucking inept.

How it Starts

ForgedReality says...

Trump has done literally nothing for his entire term other than fight to cover up his crimes and install his criminal co-conspirators into places of power. He's done feck-all to "drain the swamp". He is the embodiment of the swamp. Even his wife hates him. He's a fickle, petulant child. It's disgusting and embarrassing. I miss having a president.

Solving the Mask Shortage in Huntington Beach

newtboy says...

You are a dangerous moron spreading dangerous lies from a fake president.

I suppose all those other countries are just going along with the hoax, killing their own citizens because they hate Trump....because he's such a good leader and ally.....but then why is Brazil so bad, their leader loves Trump, why is he faking the virus? *facepalm. Why are ignoramuses always so ready to believe the entire world is conspiring perfectly, without dissent or whistleblowers, to further a self injurious lie against just them...all out of pure spite? That's clinical, delusional, hyper paranoia without reason or logic.

No surprise you are on the ignorant and wrong side of yet another issue. At least you're consistent.

Man wrongfully convicted as teen free after hitman confesses

newtboy says...

Yet another in the infinite string of examples of another young black mans life taken by not a few bad apples, but a criminal lying gang of abusive thugs who kidnapped an innocent young boy and tortured him for 9 years, but intended his torture to last for life.

Any person in the police or DA's office with knowledge of the facts should be serving a minimum of 9 years in gen pop with no special treatment, labeled child molesters.
Anyone who had a hand in this intentional torture of a child deserves a slow protracted public torturous death with the promise that their families are next being the last thing they hear. (We don't have to follow through on that, just make them believe it).

THIS is why I say all police are lead deficient. Again, not one came forward, they NEVER come forward to out fellow officers, and this time the entire department and DA conspired to torture a boy for life to protect their reputations and succeeded for over 9 years....and no repercussions or apologies. None at all.
Use black talons.

There aren't even a few good apples, the whole bunch is spoiled. It took a hitman, the actual mass murderer with more morality than the entire legal system to save him, and even that was nearly covered up.

There is not a punishment severe or torturous enough for these police and prosecutors.

Molecular Biologist ➜ Dr. Judy Mikovits

newtboy says...

"Scientists" who falsify data or skew experiments to get their preconceived results should be ignored and silenced....those who steal from the company they were just fired from deserve jail.

Just read her wiki page...only bat shit crazy conspiracy nuts believe the government and scientific community as a whole conspired to ruin her because she told the truth....She's disgraced because she made repeatedly proven false anti vaccine claims they want ignored, but antivax conspiracy nuts love her. Reality is she's an anti vaxer whose experiments proved to be faked and whose theories are just insane.

Judy Anne Mikovits (c. 1958) is an American anti-vaccination activist, conspiracy theorist and discredited ex-medical researcher. She has made discredited claims about vaccines, coronavirus, and chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). As research director of CFS research organization Whittemore Peterson Institute (WPI) from 2006 to 2011, Mikovits led a research effort that reported in 2009 that a retrovirus known as xenotropic murine leukemia virus-related virus (XMRV) was associated with CFS and may have had a causal role. However, the research came under fire, leading to an eventual retraction on December 22, 2011, by the journal Science.

In 2020, Mikovits drew attention online for promoting conspiracy theories about the COVID-19 pandemic, via the conspiracist YouTube video Plandemic[6] that were fact-checked and found to be either false or not based on scientific evidence.

Mikovits began to look for XMRV in her Chronic Fatigue Syndrome samples. In late 2008, a graduate student, who subsequently was hired as her technician, obtained two positive results from a group of twenty samples. He and Mikovits successively altered the experimental conditions until all samples gave a positive signal.

In 2009, Mikovits and co-workers reported in the journal Science that they had detected XMRV DNA in CFS patients and control subjects. Negative results were published soon after, disputing Mikovits's findings.

She's a fraud. Why else would Bobby love her so much?

Wrong on ALL counts, as usual Bobski.

Trump: pleaded guilty to fraud involving his fake school stealing from "students" before the election, found guilty of charity fraud last month and forced to pay millions back to veterans he stole from/defrauded....Also undeniably guilty of multiple finance and tax evasion charges, but being shielded by Barr until he's out of office

Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort: Sentenced to seven and a half years in prison for financial crimes and lying to Mueller

Konstantin Kilimnik: Charged with obstruction of justice during the Manafort investigation

Trump confidant Roger Stone: Convicted of lying to Congress tampering with a witness and obstructing the 2017 congressional investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election.

Former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn: Pleaded guilty to lying to investigators about his contacts with Russia on Trump's behalf

Former Trump campaign aide Rick Gates: Pleaded guilty to lying to investigators about Trump

Former Trump personal lawyer Michael Cohen: Pleaded guilty to tax and bank charges, campaign finance violations and lying to Congress for Trump

Former Trump campaign adviser George Papadopoulos:in January of 2017, Papadopoulos repeatedly lied about his contacts with Russian agents. He pleaded guilty

Alex van der Zwaan: Served 30 days in prison then deported for lying to investigators about Trump

Sam Patten: Pleaded guilty to failing to register as a foreign lobbyist in order to funnel foreign money to Trump's campaign

Bijan Kian and Skim Alptekin: Charged with conspiring to violate lobbying laws while working for Flynn

Those are just some convicted by Mueller for crimes after the election committed for Trump.

Please list all the convictions of Democrats...my research shows Republicans are convicted >91 times for every Democrat found guilty of crimes in office in the last 50 years.

Bobski, you claim to watch OAN, the fake news outlet that hires actual Kremlin agents to spread Russian propaganda that managed to out lie Fox, the inventors of fake news.

Duh.

It's certainly one of the easier "conspiracy theories" to believe. There were almost certainly a number of powerful people who wanted what Epstein knew to remain secret, and were thrilled that he died. It's super plausible that someone would arrange for him to be killed. Hell, there could've been competing hit-persons all trying to get the job done first for their particular wealthy child-diddling client.

Compare that to something like flat earth - why the fuck would anyone bother to hide that? Who would actually benefit from conspiring to make people think the earth is round rather than flat?

Payback said:

To be fair, child molesters don't last long behind bars, and often not due to suicide. I'm fully capable of believing he was killed, I just don't think you need a conspiracy to complete the task.

Mueller Report

newtboy says...

Barr's job was to muddy the waters and give a whitewashed version of events before the report was released, and to give Trump a head start by giving him the report right away but delaying it's release giving him more time to muddy waters, not to clear things up.

Mueller included a truck load of criminal dirt on Trump for congress and other venues to make use of. High crimes and misdemeanors, both. 12 classified/secret investigations based on that information are happening right now, and certainly there will be more.

Tons of collusion in the report, dozens of instances, but thanks to insane levels of incompetence, no criminal conspiracy with Russia, but not for lack of trying, they were just too dumb to get it done, and or too dumb to know they were committing crimes/treason. The report was clear, they conspired, they colluded, but he couldn't prove they knew it was a crime because they are all so incompetent.

Yes, collusion and illegal obstruction, clearly.

Refused to meet, refused to turn over documents, begrudgingly answered all written questions with "i dunno, I don't remember, I don't recall..." and instructed subordinates to do the same....hardly cooperation.

Blocking Trump Tax Return = 5 Years In Jail

newtboy says...

Since you are ignorant of the law and incapable of finding it yourself, here is section 7214 ....read it and get back to me, I'll explain how it applies.

26 U.S. Code § 7214. Offenses by officers and employees of the United States

(a) Unlawful acts of revenue officers or agents
Any officer or employee of the United States acting in connection with any revenue law of the United States—
(1) who is guilty of any extortion or willful oppression under color of law; or
(2) who knowingly demands other or greater sums than are authorized by law, or receives any fee, compensation, or reward, except as by law prescribed, for the performance of any duty; or
(3) who with intent to defeat the application of any provision of this title fails to perform any of the duties of his office or employment; or
(4) who conspires or colludes with any other person to defraud the United States; or
(5) who knowingly makes opportunity for any person to defraud the United States; or
(6) who does or omits to do any act with intent to enable any other person to defraud the United States; or
(7) who makes or signs any fraudulent entry in any book, or makes or signs any fraudulent certificate, return, or statement; or
(8) who, having knowledge or information of the violation of any revenue law by any person, or of fraud committed by any person against the United States under any revenue law, fails to report, in writing, such knowledge or information to the Secretary; or
(9) who demands, or accepts, or attempts to collect, directly or indirectly as payment or gift, or otherwise, any sum of money or other thing of value for the compromise, adjustment, or settlement of any charge or complaint for any violation or alleged violation of law, except as expressly authorized by law so to do;
shall be dismissed from office or discharged from employment and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $10,000, or imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both. The court may in its discretion award out of the fine so imposed an amount, not in excess of one-half thereof, for the use of the informer, if any, who shall be ascertained by the judgment of the court. The court also shall render judgment against the said officer or employee for the amount of damages sustained in favor of the party injured, to be collected by execution.

Edit: I'll save time, here's the other law he's violating which unambiguously states he had no choice but to turn them over immediately.

26 U.S. Code § 6103. Confidentiality and disclosure of returns and return information
(11) Disclosure of information regarding status of investigation of violation of this section
(f) Disclosure to Committees of Congress
(1) Committee on Ways and Means, Committee on Finance, and Joint Committee on Taxation
Upon written request from the chairman of the Committee on Ways and Means of the House of Representatives, the chairman of the Committee on Finance of the Senate, or the chairman of the Joint Committee on Taxation, the Secretary shall furnish such committee with any return or return information specified in such request, except that any return or return information which can be associated with, or otherwise identify, directly or indirectly, a particular taxpayer shall be furnished to such committee only when sitting in closed executive session unless such taxpayer otherwise consents in writing to such disclosure.

Edit: allow me to save time again, by not following 6103 (11) (f) and furnishing the return requested in writing by the chairman of the Ways and Means committee, he undeniably violates 7214 (a) (3), which comes with a 5 year sentence. Understand now?

AOC Sets Groundwork To Subpoena Trump's Taxes And Council

newtboy says...

We know that how, exactly?
Because Cohen said he wasn't a party to any, and you believe everything he says?

You and your brand of conservative don't care about wasted money. You would have supported spending any amount to investigate Obama over anything, many tried to waste millions on Trump's idiotic and racist birther fraud....and you did support all the multi millions wasted investigating Clinton. You were all for wasting $200 million or more on a Republican publicity stunt at election time, and all for wasting billions on dumb and unnecessary trade wars, or billions more in ill advised government shutdowns over wasteful multi billion dollar vanity projects Trump could have just said were complete already to placate his base, you would believe it.

They found plenty of snakes under the rocks they already turned over. Now they have one of the snakes telling them which rocks to look under. Of course they're going to look, of course they'll continue to uncover snakes. It's false hope to think suddenly there's no more Trump administration crime to uncover, it's far more likely we're just scratching the surface. Thank goodness Trump can't pardon his co-conspirators state charges, or avoid them himself.
Going to be an interesting year.

bobknight33 said:

So now all know there is ZERO Russian collusion we now move to a broader all encompassing witch hunt.

Sexual Assault of Men Played for Laughs

bcglorf says...

Saddam took control of an oil rich nation of 30+ million people using violence and torture. He had them record his clinching moment on video, where you can still watch him drag out a visibly broken man(well agreed to have been broken through torture, Saddam deliberately flaunted this), and has the man read out a list of names of co-conspirators. Sure, Saddam undoubtedly wrote the list himself, but he was already powerful and feared enough it didn't matter and this evidence was enough. The co-conspirators were hauled out for execution, and the others in the room were fearful/relieved enough that when they were ordered to perform the executions themselves they did.

Saddam then ruled Iraq for another 24 years before he was forcibly removed by foreign powers, not any manner of domestic uprising.

Don't tell me that nobody else in Iraq wanted the job for that quarter century, instead Saddam's brutal methods were successful in keeping his hold on power throughout that time. None of that makes his methods 'right', but to declare that the methods are ineffective is just silly. Doubly so if you observe his hold on power wasn't removed by crowds of peaceful protesters rising up removing him in a bloodless coup, but rather through the use of more force and violence than Saddam could muster in return.

newtboy said:

Torture is good for getting someone to name any person they know. It is not good for getting useful information....so it's only barely useful if you torture someone weak who knows the name of others you are looking for, and gives them up. That's useless information, even to a monster like Saddam. He would never know if the important names were withheld and only acquaintances named, so would be forced to murder the entire country eventually. Only unknown hermits would be "safe".

Your example assumes dissidents with families would be allowed to have sensitive information.
Clearly it didn't work, too. There was a strong opposition to Saddam he utterly failed to destroy even though he tortured without pause. You create more enemies than you could ever catch by torture. Smart leaders start to wonder if torture for information is worth the cost. (Hint, it's not)

Torture for coercion, a different topic, that often works, but only until the tortured decide death is preferable and try to revolt, which requires you to keep them in N Korea conditions to keep any revolt from winning. Hardly a net gain for even third world nations.
