I mean the fact that it's viral is pretty obvious from the camera work. Also, you can't just make contact with a ping pong ball and have it automatically fly back with the right direction + strength.

People don't know to do these things! Most think it is all mumbo-jumbo (anything that actually would help). But religious shit they can't get enough of. Bruce Lee talked about something similar in expressing yourself completely, body and mind are not separate. Stability(or confidence) of the body gives you stability of the mind and vice-versa.
