Moving Illusions

How Many Countries Are There? CGPGrey
Because you can't print a flag texture on a stick figure man.
Also, why are they all women?
The Hero's Journey
Hilarious and well done.
But as for the Hero's Journey / monomyth... I don't know. It's like you took the 7 most popular tropes off of tvtropes.com. Yes, they're very common story elements. But you could keep coming up with 8th, or 9th, or 47th most common story tropes. Do these 7 really cluster together frequently? Are they common in literature and the classics?
Caterpillar Speed Trick
That's amazing. Great Sift!
How It's Made Baseballs
I am startled that so much hand labor goes into producing each baseball. I always thought they were slightly expensive to buy, but now I think they should cost more.
Also, I've probably watched 40 episodes of How It's Made, and it's almost always Canadian factories. I've never seen what might be called a "sweatshop". Maybe they're branching out.
Hexaflexagons 2
Wow she has really taken this to the next level. The production quality here is extraordinary.
