Their repeated use of "Derp!" in the largely-forgotten Baseketball was so excellent it ended up becoming a commonly-used word! If you've seen Orgazmo, Trey's "OH?!" in that one gets me every damn time too (and if you haven't seen it and like their general sense of humor, it's fantastic).
