Beardyman & DubFX Bring a Message To All Beatboxers!

Beardyman & DubFX Bring a Message To All Beatboxers!

Grimm says...

Yeah...that's how I took it.>> ^ghark:

>> ^criticalthud:
great artists realize how lucky they are to share in a collective body of work. they share, they inspire.
bad artists are typically competitive, envious, judgmental wannabe's. all about the "me" instead of the "we".
so this asshole feels like he beatboxes better than other people. fine. does stevie wonder tell other people to stop playing keyboards cause he's better, and he's studied classical music?

it's sarcasm...

i dont see why beardyman is in this. I've never heard him put together more than 10 bars of continuous beatboxing before he changes to something else. This just seems to me that he's not that creative in putting a complete song together.

Impressive dubstep beatboxing

shagen454 says...

eh, wouldnt call it a revolution at all. someone I love that incorporates some dubstep, Flying Lotus, could be considered evolutionary for sure... but most dubstep shite isnt even close to that guys genius. Most of it is rehashed garbage like almost anything else, haha.

Michael Winslow - Beatboxing Whole Lotta Love

rychan says...

>> ^Douglaum:

Yeah, there's a behind the scenes video of this where you can see him using the pedal here. I agree is still amazing though.
>> ^SpeveO:
He's not simulating the distortion, he's using a distortion pedal. You see it more clearly in his live show, but even in this video you can see him turn it on. Still pretty amazing though.
>> ^FlowersInHisHair:
Forget the beatboxing, the overdrive guitar is amazing. I've never heard anyone vocally simulate that sound before. In. Cred. I. Ble.

Nice find. That is a bit disappointing.
