I hope the Canadian, and specifically Toronto, chapter of BLM is disparate from the American one, because this incident wasn't isolated. BLM Toronto has taken repeated actions like this one that give exactly the black lives matter MORE vibe that the All Lives Matters crowd accuses the group of.

Vegetarian is a nice thing to do, but it should be really be only a stepping stone on your path to fully plant based diet. Plant foods are hearty delicious foods like pizza, burgers, lentil shepherds pies, pastas. You just swap out one or two ingredients that are from an animal origin, add more spices/herbs and you have a filling & healthy meal. You can stuff your face, and lose weight, lose the type 2 diabetes and heart disease as well. It's win win.

What many vegetarians don't know is that the milk and dairy industries are often more cruel, than farms that just use animals for meat, and often they are also intertwined. For example, for a cow to produce milk, it must be pregnant. Where do all of the offspring go? Veal if they are male. Or they become milking cows if they are female - destined to be constantly impregnated for their short 4-5 year lives until they die of exhaustion, or can no longer produce milk from exhaustion, and turned then eventually into meat. There are plenty of videos online where a cow gives birth and the calf is dragged away by it's hind legs. They both cry out to each other for days until they're voices give out.
Also cows milk GIVES people osteoporosis because it siphons out calcium from your bones, since it is so acidic. If you measure the amount of calcium in a glass of milk, let someone drink it, and then measure the calcium in their urine, then the urine contains more calcium than what went in. The job loss portion seems silly, since anyone farming animals is capable of farming plants like rice, potatoes, wheat and grains etc. Those are some seriously nutrient and energy dense foods, and very efficiently produced, and very healthy. Carbs have just gotten a bad reputation thanks the Atkins people. And well we know that Atkins died of a heart attack, he had a history of heart attacks infact. He died overweight.

It is much easier just to go "cold turkey" for 3 or 4 weeks, and become completely plant based since it means your taste buds will adjust and you'll never crave animal products again. Everyone wins, the planet, your health both physical and mental, and of course the animals.

The camera was in the passengers lap and the officer came up on the passenger side. On a freeway it is standard procedure to come up on the non-traffic side in case someone sideswipes the car.

The reason why he let them go is because Reckless Driving in Texas is a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine and/or 30 days in jail plus the speeding ticket. Most officers will not bother with this if the person is foreign because they will most likely not be in the country long enough to show up for trial. If he had been a long time resident, it would be up to 200 dollars for the fine, up to 300 for the ticket (depends on location, we have some different scales in certain cities), 2 points on his license (doesn't block you from keeping it, just means that you have to pay extreme renewal fees), and the possible jail time. Anything over 10 days would be served at County, so I guess it is possible for anal violation, but I've never seen someone get more than 10 for RD.

"Militaristic" would probably be more accurate, but ultimately I was trying to convey that most US folk don't really know what it's like over there, and they have a bad reputation. He was going way over the speed limit, and the thing you DON'T see is how close were the people he was weaving between.

The other day I was on the highway, not on my bike, 5 lanes, I was in the one second from the left. My exit was coming up, so I start to move over. Two guys on bikes come flying out of nowhere going at least 125 km/h and cut into my lane literally 2 feet infront of my front bumper causing me to swerve back into the lane I was in.
Fortunately before I started back towards where I needed to be to exit, I saw the third biker come flying by.

As for the actual video posted, the guy gets out of his car and draws a gun, yes. Not once is the gun pointed at the biker, and as soon as he starts to get off the gun is put away. Once the guy is off the bike, the cop makes sure he's off the road and away from traffic, and then just starts talking to him.

Not sure what the reason for seizing the computers is, but if he's been videotaping himself breaking the law.. then it's a tad justified.

Oh, this is fabulous. Just did some checking and found that lots of emails are being rejected by recipients' mail servers because our new IP apparently has a bad reputation for sending spam. I guess we moved into an IP address where bad things used to happen. We'll have to try to figure out how to get cleared of all such lists or move to a different IP.

If the guy actual cared for people and making the world and his area a better place he would look at some way to help the prostitutes find other work it would take time but it would be time well spent , He has spent a fair amount of time making editing this video its probably a comparable amount of time speeking to prostitutes and working out what would be needed to help them of the streets.

I'm also fairly sure if you spoke to all the nabors and local business owners u could just make everyone aware of the prostitution "problem" and have people actively call in the police whenever they see it happen. That way the place would have a bad reputation for getting arsted if u try and pay for sex, making it nicer for the camra man dickhead but ultimately would just move the problem to another place.

Very true. Police Services all use some sort of "force continuum". A subject displaying some sort of resistance, authorizes the officer to use one level of force higher then that being displayed by the subject. Every Service is different, but what this guy was displaying would be considered (by the Service I work for) passive resistance and verbal non compliance. This would not allow me to use a taser or any other non lethal weapon. Only when a subject becomes actively aggressive (punching, kicking, spitting) can a weapon like the taser or the baton be utilized. I cannot understand, nor would I work for any Service that allows it's officers to use weapons on passively defensive people. It's pathetic and gives a useful weapon like the taser a bad reputation.
