So that’s a “no”, you can’t say what part of the testimony exonerates Trump. Now ask if I’m surprised.
Probably why Trump was audibly cursing during court yesterday…warned it would be contempt if he didn’t stop…cursing because he had been exonerated. That’s it.

Recent primaries were an embarrassment for Trump, losing 25-30% to Haley who dropped out months ago. Trump can’t even get all republicans, a group that shrank significantly since Jan 6 21, and he’s attracting no independents or democrats. Tons of republicans are saying they’re voting for Biden to fight against fascism and for democracy.

Trump is going out and bragging about ending Roe v Wade, saying how wonderful it’s been since he did, suggesting women in states where it’s banned who try to leave to get abortions should go to prison, now saying publicly he would support the state monitoring pregnant women like parolees which means monitoring all women constantly to be sure they aren’t secretly pregnant…I think he’s thinking a handmaiden’s tale is a plan, not a warning. This loses him about 80% of women nationwide and drives tens of millions of maybe I’ll vote voters to the polls, just like Trump being on the ticket did in 2020 but more. He’s also saying to expect major cuts to Medicaid, social security, and any assistance programs for the poor if he’s president again, losing him a big chunk of his elderly base that survive on those benefits they spent a lifetime paying into. That’s why your ridiculous hypocritical jabs at Biden never work, most people are voting against a horrific destructive monster, and he’s old but Biden is clearly no monster.

PS- a bill has been submitted in the house to remove the secret service detail for a president, VP, or other government officials who are sent to prison. Have fun in the shower, Donald!

Still waiting. I’m 99.999% sure you don’t even know what I’m waiting for despite being told a few dozen times.
Side note- sounds like most business tenants in Trump tower are failing to pay their rent, many of them are Trump companies. The one tenant who is paying their rent is the maga pac…just so you know, their operating expenses after paying Trump’s legal bills still go to Trump because they use Trump properties and Trump businesses and Trump “consulting”, all at top dollar, for their daily functions, funneling more donor money into Trump’s pockets. Just an FYI.

It's a good video, and I upvoted, but doesn't this constitute a violation of the "no self link" policy? My understanding was that there's no flexibility on that...

Lol....and we're supposed to think you know about it? Then why don't you? Why didn't you just read instead of eating more shoe? (By putting your foot in your mouth again)

"Beating occurs earlier, at the very end of the fifth week or at the start of the sixth week, when the heart is immature and lacks most of its identifiable features, including its iconic chambers. The heartbeat shows up around this time or shortly after as a flickering motion on an ultrasound. Only later, after the 10th week or beyond, is a heartbeat audible with a Doppler fetal monitor."

Derp.

Now that again you're proven wrong, having it backwards as you so often do, with citation and medical fact contradicting you, can you admit it? Doubt it, small men never can admit they're wrong. I admitted my mistake just one post ago.

If you expect you won't remember the person you've spent a decade arguing with in just four years, you must already be showing signs of Alzheimer's. I'm so sorry.

Edit: claim to be an expert!? When did I claim to be an expert? I'm pretty certain that's another delusion, but I'm certainly open to proof, which should be easy to come by if you aren't making things again. By tomorrow please. The only thing I'm an expert about is being a seriously cheap bastard.
This is pretty basic stuff, not advanced or really in contention medically, only as a political ploy...no expertise needed to know there's no heart at 6 weeks, or to read that you see the twitch 4-6+ weeks BEFORE it can be heard by dopler...a basic fact which I remind you that you, self designated expert in the field, got backwards. You were so sure about it too.

bobknight33 said:

You hear it. It is still to small to see at these early dates.

You see it when it is large enough to see.

But hey keep reaching for some flickering electric pulse.

Un like you I don't just sit around and read this and that and claim to be the expert on ALL things. Book smart is 1 thing. Its not real world.

My Education and career. Like I can make this shit up. I've worked in more hospitals and clinics than you can ever imagine. I've worked in other areas than mentioned. Ive worked in the morgue, I've watched hundreds of cath and vascular cases. I watched 1 patient die on the table. I worked in rooms with just recently dead patients. Ive assisted in replacing CT tube, calibrating Nuc Med cameras. It goes on and on.

You are proven Way the FUCK wrong.

Newt you clearly out of you depth. Walk away in shame now and keep at least a little dignity.

Your an Elitist TOOL who "knows" all the right answers, even when they are wrong.

Few thing I know for certain. I will be 60 in November. Tesla stock will 4X within 4 years and turn my 1 Million into 4 million dollars. And "you" will still believe that you are the smartest.

In 4 years I wound even remember you.
Newt who?

Really...You saw a HEART beating at 6 weeks. You're a liar....not a new revelation btw. You've been a proud liar for years.

The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists also has said in a statement, “What is interpreted as a heartbeat in these bills is actually electrically-induced flickering of a portion of the fetal tissue that will become the heart as the embryo develops. Thus, ACOG does not use the term ‘heartbeat’ to describe these legislative bans on abortion because it is misleading language, out of step with the anatomical and clinical realities of that stage of pregnancy.”

I do not believe you work in as a medical device service tech (which wouldn't include ANY medical training, now would it) but can't spell or read above a third grade level. It's just not believable....not that it would indicate any medical knowledge if true.

Again, seeing a PULSE is not seeing a heartbeat. If they say they saw a heart at 6 weeks, report them, they're delusional. What they call it has nothing to do with reality....many nurses are anti vaxers Q followers, being in the medical field doesn't make one reasonable, logical, or right. Techs aren't doctors....and doctors fudge the truth to avoid conflict. Press them, they'll admit there's no heart, unless like you they prefer a comfortable lie to the hard truth, and believe it's better to tell a lie than a truth that might hurt your position. Probably shouldn't have admitted you think that.

Here's a citation for you to dismiss as fake news....https://www.factcheck.org/2019/07/when-are-heartbeats-audible-during-pregnancy/

Btw, I stand corrected, except for changes in the muscle tissue, the basic heart is apparently formed by week 13, not 20. The muscle tissue matures around week 20. I'm always willing to admit when I'm wrong, unlike some.

Yep I'm shitty with grammar and spelling But I can fix anything and hold my own in front any Dr. or C suite within my field of expertise.

Personal experience? BSEET Penn State.
33 years as a medical Field service Engineer.

28 years working for Global conglomerates and 5 years in house at UNC Chapel hill NC.
I’ve been with Siemens Medical and General Electric most of my career.
I’ve serviced/ install Cathlabs, Vascular labs, Rad/ RF rooms and Mammo rooms. Plus others.

Last 20 years installing / servicing Medical Ultrasound.
This includes Cardiac, Radiology ultrasound and Woman’s health, OBGYN
I’ve seen more ultrasounds hearts and heartbeats than you can imagine..
Being Hippa compliant, I look at images for quality and for servicing.

All the Techs I talk to say the same . Heartbeat starts about the 6 to 10 week of pregnancy
And yes there are images that capture this along with all the other images and measurements. Doppler is used for this.

Per quick Google search
When does the heartbeat show on ultrasound?
A fetal heartbeat may first be detected by a vaginal ultrasound as early as 5 1/2 to 6 weeks after gestation. That's when a fetal pole, the first visible sign of a developing embryo, can sometimes be seen. But between 6 1/2 to 7 weeks after gestation, a heartbeat can be better assessed.

Your fucking up the wrong tree today. Go back to being the big guy at you high school.

Funny Wedding Moments - The Huddle

cloudballoon says...

While I was grade 9, I tackled a fellow 2 years my senior (G11), he must be 5~6 inches taller than me (me being 5'6" in my adulthood, while he was one of the tallest in school, though not muscular), I dislocated his shoulder TWICE, during practices. First time he was hospitalized for 4 days, the second time was kind of funny. When I dislocated his shoulder again (with an audible "pop"), the guy next to me floored him and put his shoulder back in place (with an audible "click/sploosh"-y sound, hard to describe). Obviously he was in pain, and was twisting and tossing himself, but when the pain subsided a little bit and opened his eyes and saw me just standing there, he screamed "you again!?" All I could do was thinking of those Mel Gibson "dislocating shoulder" scenes in the Lethal Weapons movies.

So, it's not about size, really, it's to know where & how to tackle a big boi.

Explaining Pink Floyd's First Masterpiece

It's taken me four attempts to watch this video. Not because it's hard to get through, I just keep realising a few minutes in that I'm just singing along to that amazing song and amn't listening to a word the guy's saying about it.

It's been my go-to song for testing music gear for decades now, as well as my go-to when I'm feeling chill, feeling down, feeling like I want to feel something or nothing, or just want to dream.

I think Echoes is my duvet made audible.

In my feelings dance, guy crashes into pole

moonsammy says...

If that wasn't added in, then it must have been pretty damned loud to be audible to the camera over the music. Can only imagine how much that must've hurt.

But for me, it was the anguished noise he made while trying to get back in the car that compelled audible laughter.

Yanny or Laurel

MilkmanDan says...

First play, I heard Yanny. On the last repeat, I "tried" to hear Laurel and was able to, but felt like Yanny was stronger.

Second play, I turned up my volume. I had had it set quite low, I turned it up to rather high. With that, it was flipped -- Laurel stronger, Yanny just audible if I listened specifically for it.

I have my computer hooked up to a receiver with large speakers and a subwoofer.

Unboxing The $3000 Bluetooth Speaker

jmd says...

#1 bluetooth uses a slight offshoot of mpeg2 audio compression which gets worse because you are most likely recompressing something already compressed with mpeg and that makes things even worse. This is the strength of AptX, it is an audio compression designed to not get exponentially worse when dealing with mpeg compressed audio. THAT SAID! Anyone know what phone he is using? The GOLD phantom supports AptX, so if he uses a samsung/htc/lg phone he would have been using AptX.

#2 speaker construction, it is an overblown Flip3 with radiators on the side. The radiators are designed to capture the back pressure of speakers and convert it into more audible sound waves, very good at saving the low frequencies and directing them back at the listener. The problem is it is a secondary uncontrolled speaker. This means your sound balance can go out of wack. Perfect for a $79 portable speaker, not ideal for a $3000 home theater setup. Also the speaker appears to be..mono? so you need 2 of them for stereo?

Yea, sorry, you can buy speakers that are not much bigger than this, hell you can buy a SET of front facing speakers and a good sub for $3000 and do better.

Why You Literally Can't Overcook Mushrooms

Asmo says...

You counter that by starting with more mushrooms... =)

ps. Another good example of this is Japanese straw mushrooms (enoki iirc) which have a very crunch texture raw, but can be stewed in sukiyaki for 30 minutes and despite the stems no longer being rigid (more like a soft noodle), they still give an audible crunch when bitten in to.

Dammit, now I want sukiyaki...
