Santos has now admitted everything he claimed about himself was an outright lie.
He never worked for the companies he claimed.
He never graduated from anywhere.
His grandparents didn’t flee the holocaust.
His animal rescue charity is a total fraud that never rescued animals.
He was homeless, pennyless, and jobless, then 1 year later somehow loaned his campaign $700000 he claimed he made running a family real estate company that owns no real estate and has no clients.
And don’t forget he’s actually in real life a fugitive from Brazil that stole check books from the elderly invalids his mother cared for and bankrupted them by stealing all their money.
Guaranteed no Republican/MAGgot thinks any of that disqualifies him in any way, but would be absolutely insistent he never be sworn in if it were a Democrat lying about any one of these things.
More MAGA lies and liars, more MAGA criminals. Everyone of you is a liar, every single thing you say is a lie or at best delusional.

Tesla’s down ANOTHER 8% today. Oof.

Lawrence: ‘Fox News Has Blood On Its Hands’

cloudballoon says...

Oh it'll change things, for the worse. Fox News will dig in ever more in its myriad fear-mongering and white victimhood theories. Its Ring-wing viewers will get ever more indoctrinated and think of even more extreme forms of violence. It's how they get their highs.

While the Left just get some weed for their fix and at least hurt nobody.

Now hand over the $1000 so I can pass it to an animal rescue, instead of giving it to the bobs to get more guns.

A Performance By The Amazing Acro-Cats

PlayhousePals says...

My impression is that they are, at heart, an animal rescue organization and this is a funny, unique way to get noticed and hopefully attract funding. They're decidedly low budget and not at all polished ... but do strike me as good people at first glance. [Hmmm ... perhaps I should consider opening up a branch here in the Pacific NorthWET! Could this be my true calling?]

Saving a Dog Covered in Tar

Fairbs says...

I thought maybe it was a language translation thing. 47 hours does seem awfully long. The whole process seemed a bit off. With that much tar, I would think that shaving the dog and then cleaning the tar residue off the bare skin would be a better way to go. The dog wouldn't look good for a long while after that, but it would get that nasty stuff off him (her) faster.

I have a friend who's volunteered time in an animal rescue organization in Thailand that takes in all sorts of animals including dogs, cats, elephants, monkeys, and rabbits, and probably more. She was part of the dog Team and from what I understand, they snip them to stop reproduction, nurse them back to health, don't release them, and don't have much success in finding foster families. The animals get their health back and have a place to stay and people who care about them, but I think it would be better if they could find permanent homes. I think part of the reason that they sometimes can't is that a lot of the dogs become too 'wild' and wouldn't do well out of a pack setting. Can't say that the group in this video follows any of the same routines, but I'm guessing they probably get neutered even if they can't provide ongoing care. That seems pretty common and a good practice with rescue organizations.

If so, what a weird way to put that. I would hope it was only 3 hours of hard scrubbing, not 47. Poor little guy!
It looks like it might need another hour of work still, I see a lot of matted fur. I also hope they didn't just release it back into the streets.

An Impressive Illusionist Makes His Debut on Ellen

Buck says...

lol never knew that about Jerry. (Never watched his show) Really I had no idea about Ellen for a loooong time, and while I know she's "working" I'm telling you once I started watching and seeing the nice things she does for people (and ratings I'm sure) giveaways, helping people who are in need, reuniting military familys (and usually giving them money too).

She owns an animal rescue and that alone tells me more about her than anything else. But I do see your point. Watch the show a few times, its good!! (except I fast fwd through the dancing at the begining)

Trancecoach said:

Not to cast any dispersions on what you have to say about Ellen (not knowing much about her, she always seems pretty genuine and funny), but let's be clear:

Jerry Springer ended his shows with "Take care of yourselves, and each other." Wouldn't you say he's also a "class act?"

@ant, the nature channel is not for pets. Channel description:

Relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of Mother Nature, with this collection of videos that reflect the wonder and beauty of our animals, trees, rivers, lakes and mountains.

For domesticated animals, see the CatsAndDogs Channel; but videos of wild animals in human environments are included here -- such as urbanized animals, zoos, or animal rescues. And even the occasional goat, cow or sheep!

With every word I think a little less of you. Keep talking. Kisses.

Well I don't want to come off like a "cynical chicken little" but it sounds as though you're implying I'm not a productive member of society.

In spite of being laid off and not receiving a salary this year; I'm substitute teaching in three different school corporations, I volunteer at a local animal shelter (ARF, Animal Rescue Fund), and I tutor non-traditional students to help them get their GEDs. I don't get compensated the same way that my friend who sells "Accidental Death and Dismemberment" insurance does but meh.

Then again, you could be just continuing your thinly veiled narcissistic nazi troll tantrum.

Either way, I'll be enjoying watching the depths of your hypocrisy continue to blossom as you tout personal freedom and live a life of complacency regarding the powers that be.

Now go pay for your marriage license whore.

100% agree. No idea what that's doing there.

I liked the video until he mentioned Yoga. Really? Yoga? on the same level as animal rescue, elderly care, community gardens, etc?

Yoga is about relaxing your state of mind. In a world dominated by sensory fuck-loads, Yoga is a great way to say; SLOW THE FUCK DOWN!

I agree with him 100%. Yoga should be offered more often to everyone. It is an opportunity to settle people and improve health. Our job offers free sessions for that reason.

Why is government... (Blog Entry by blankfist)

blankfist says...

@NetRunner, I adopted the pet from an animal rescue. The chip was added free of charge. I then gave them a voluntary donation for all the work they do rescuing animals from the pound, because I like those kinds of charities.

So, no, not ripped off by some evil capitalist - because these particular evil capitalists save the lives of animals the city would put to sleep otherwise, and I'm glad they make a fair living at it. Attacking them is a strawman.

My point was it's pointless for me to register with the city. And there's no added benefit to do so. All it is is another yearly tax. And they lock people into dog parks and beaches designed for dogs and check your license. If you don't have one, you get a ticket. I have no idea how much the fine is for not registering, but I'm sure it's steep as is every ticket in this city.

Dog rescued after spending 10 years tied to a chain outside

netean says...

There are very few things in this world that upset me. Man's inhumanity to man, bothers me, but we're all fucktards so I can understand it. But animal cruelty, animal neglect, animals as commodities and resources, just upsets me more than it's possible to describe.

Just watch that video, look how that dog looks SO happy at being petted.

Come the revolutions, fucktards like this dog's owner are first up against the wall.

Congrats to the Animal rescue center for being brave and finally stepping in to help.
