Well, I have to disagree. I hate brutality as much as anyone. This girl however was uncontrollable, and all they were trying to do was ask some questions. She was uncooperative, and wouldn't let them even close the car door. (putting her foot in the door).

She wouldn't give her information, and was refusing on scene medical care while under age.

I can agree maybe they didn't need the spray, but she escalated this, not them. She got herself arrested. The police were calm, and collected through the entire ordeal.

She had no reason to loose it, and to be uncooperative.
But wait, maybe she did..., does it say she was also charged with possession. Could be she was freaked out over what her parents were going to say or do - didn't want to get caught by her parents..., unfortunately it was too late for that - she just made it worse on herself.

While I may not be fully embracing web brutalism, I am in the process of redesigning my website to simplify everything. Going from 4 main pages + several sub pages to a single page. From a CMS with a bunch of ASP and PHP to a few HTML files I could upload and run basically anywhere.

I live about 5 miles inside the city limits, just enough to get taxed good and proper. I told my wife that once she retires from UT we are moving out asap. I'd move now but the traffic is horrible and they keep trying to fix it by adding more buses and screwing around with light rail that only goes to a few places in the city. That and turning roads we already paid for into toll roads.

It's not on par with really bad traffic like in New York or LA, but for a town this size it is brutal. Traffic in Houston moves better than it does here.

All sarcasm aside, your argument is extremely flawed. Conquerors tend to lay waste to the societies they conquer, not always in terms of total lives lost, but in terms of cultural death. The reason why 'white' people are vilified for this lately is because for the past several hundred years they have been the ones expanding and taking over the regions you speak of. MY biggest complaint was not necessarily the ending. By the time it got close to being over, I was well warned that they were going to do something that I wouldn't like.

My issue is that the trailers were misleading. They took most of the funny (and non-offensive) bits and used those for the trailers. A couple of the things in those trailers didn't even make it into the actual movie. So based on the trailers, I thought this was going to be a solid comedy. Not the brutal mish mash I was eventually subjected to.
