The Burisma investigation began before Biden was hired, and was not being investigated by Shokin before or at the time he was fired for being corrupt himself.

Winter 2015-16: Many Western leaders and institutions, as well as Ukrainian anti-corruption activists, view Shokin as corrupt and ineffective for failing to prosecute anybody of significance, and for protecting members of Yanukovych’s and Poroshenko’s circles. A frustrated Biden threatens to withhold $1 billion unless Shokin is fired. (He would later brag that his pressure tactics succeeded.)

Trump is a con man. Like all con men, he attracts his own kind. He's shown up in several indictments where they have proof of his criminal behaviour, he just hasn't been indicted yet because (like most dictators) he enjoys special protections against prosecution.

I assume it's not for HFT but everyone else that wants to be on a level playing field. All things being equal, it seems like a pretty attractive exchange for the rest of the traders.

We went 2016 because tickets were <$200 roundtrip from the West coast on wow air.....air bnb was everywhere and great, most attractions were free and amazing, zero crowds, we drove the entire island in a week without rushing, everyone speaks English well, and because Formula Offroad, which I finally saw in person after years of disbelief. @bobknight33, I hope that answers your question, but in the likely event you don't grasp it, one is petty theft/destruction of property (property with no monetary value) the other intentional assault with a weapon, and technically setting a trap is lying in wait which in many states could make the misdemeanor assault a class a felony.
You would like to pretend they're both crimes, so are equally as bad....fortunately the law isn't as short sighted, biased, and hyper tribal as you.
