Big surprise, Cyber Ninjas closed. They say it’s because they’re getting daily multiple death threats from Trump terrorists, but it’s also to escape massive debts and fines.
Their results showed hundreds of more votes for Biden…like the others.
According to Maricopa county, cyber ninjas made 22 misleading claims, 41 inaccurate claims and 13 claims that were just totally false. The county said cyber ninja made faulty conclusions about more than 53,000 ballots in 22 different categories.
The company is now closed, owning the county $7500000 and rising at $50000 per day in fines for refusing to turn over their work….still…since August.
Not to mention the nearly $7 million they cost the county by invalidating every voting machine they touched.

This is why, since you once asked, these fake unofficial partisan audits shouldn’t be allowed. They’re expensive, they erode trust in democracy (something Republicans have already irreparably harmed on multiple fronts) and no matter what their results they won’t change any minds….you still think Trump won Arizona despite every scintilla of evidence and your (and multiple official audits) audit screaming otherwise.
I hope the CEO has to pay his company’s debts or be held in contempt….but being Republican I expect him to slip away and leave the now over $14 million price tag for their idiotic fiasco for taxpayers to pay….Trump hasn’t paid one dime for audits from the tens of millions he raised to fight election fraud, it’s all still in his wallet (or paid to his creditors).
Proud?

What did I tell you!?! States rights! Suckers! Bwaaaahahahahaha!

“I am outraged by yesterday’s U.S. Supreme Court decision allowing Texas’s ban on most abortion services to remain in place,” Newsom said. “But if states can now shield their laws from review by the federal courts that compare assault weapons to Swiss Army knives, then California will use that authority to protect people’s lives, where Texas used it to put women in harm’s way.” Newsom said he will work with his staff, the Legislature and California Attorney General Rob Bonta to craft a bill that would let citizens sue anyone who “manufactures, distributes, or sells an assault weapon or ghost gun kit or parts” in California. They could seek damages of at least $10,000 per violation plus costs and attorney’s fees, Newsom said.

I told you this would happen.

BTW, the Presidential coup Plan PowerPoint handed over by Meadows pretty much obliterated the lies that 1) it wasn’t an attempted coup 2) it wasn’t expected 3) it wasn’t planned 4) it wasn’t Trump supporters being violent and 5) the white house wasn’t directly involved.
Contemporaneous records of the planning, including texts to organizers and militias claiming that the national guard is poised to protect Trump rioters from arrest or attack….as if any non cultist needed more evidence beyond the live broadcast of the coup attempt, but now there’s publicly available physical documentation/evidence directly from the highest levels in Trump’s cabinet of their own direct involvement in the planning to overturn the certified election by fraud and force.….which I’m certain you will dismiss as fake news with no hint of evidence because your little brain can’t handle facts.

the PowerPoint laid out a plan to effectively use the military to steal the election outright, undeniably. That’s treason.

The plan was to use the military, specifically the national guard, declare a state of emergency, throw out most of the ballots from the 2020 election, and then have the national guard run by people that Trump handpicked himself count only the paper ballots that they deemed to be legitimate. essentially giving them a free ride to throw out any ballots that were for Biden. Only count the ones for Trump and boom, Donald Trump gets all the electoral votes. That's how the coup was supposed to happen. So again, these lawmakers were briefed on this two days before the capital riot. So they knew exactly what Donald Trump was trying to do, what his administration, what his friends, what his allies had suggested to him. There is no indication at all that one of these lawmakers alerted the department of justice, the FBI, local authorities, anyone, they had this information and they did nothing with it.

Any official who knew and didn’t report to the FBI or DOJ should be removed immediately, get the firing squad, and their entire estate (and their spouses estate, and minor children’s estates) seized. That’s a lot of Republicans.

Also, Fox hosts, the same ones who now claim Jan 6 was a peaceful picnic, families calmly touring congress, and it was BLM and ANTIFA and the FBI that perpetrated the violence that didn’t happen, were all frantically trying to reach the president to stop the attack on January 6, outraged he wouldn’t tell his supporters to stop attacking America, explaining how not acting to stop the coup was destroying his legacy and theirs.

PFAS: Last Week Tonight with John Oliver (HBO)

bremnet says...

Howdy - I don't know if "addressed" is the right word. Commented on, but not given sufficient perspective. Having said that, the problem is incredibly complex, so there should be no expectation that Mr. Oliver's video or any other single thesis on the topic could possibly suffice.

Your "one chemical bond difference" is an appropriate consideration, but with recognition that once we reach on the order of C20-C40 length dispersable or emulsifiable molecules as surfactants / surface energy modifiers, the insoluble polymers come into play, with not 30'ish bonds growing one at a time, but leaping to 20,000 or more. No doubt the pool has already been irreversibly pissed into by the irresponsible producers that convert small molecules into very, very large ones, but with some control, responsibility, and integrity in our industrial process owners (yes, hell just froze over) there is no reason why we could not safely continue to produce the polymeric forms of PFAS. We do so for substantially more toxic chemical conversion processes today.

It's interesting to note the (usual) examples brought forward by others in this post (Teflon cookware), just waiting for someone to mention Gore-Tex, but by far the biggest impact won't be on consumer goods that we all touch regularly and recognize the name brands of, but will be on the industrial / commercial uses of these polymeric families that are pervasive in the systems / processes that we all derive benefit from every day. Ironies exist, that perhaps confuse the "all PFAS are bad" premise ... consider - effectively every seal, gasket and control valve in a water purification plant is most commonly made of a PFAS polymeric compound, PTFE included, all tested to rigorous specifications and compliance by specific agencies that do nothing other than deal with potable water (thankfully not the EPA - it's National Sanitation Foundation (the other NSF), or Water Research Advisory Scheme (WRAS) in the UK etc.) .

So my contention and the view of many in the end user community is that it's not the final form of some of these compounds that are bad, it's the horrendous messes we leave producing them. We can't unwind our Clock of Dumb, but killing the entire crop just to get rid of the long ago seeded weeds doesn't solve the actual problem, it makes it much, much larger.

Thanks for your comments.

To be fair, most of your complaints were addressed in the piece.

For instance, medical implants, fairly stable, yes, but not in extreme heat like cremation, so as used they’re toxic to the environment despite being considered stable and inert.

The reason to ban them all was also explained, banning one toxic substance at a time means one chemical bond difference and the company can go ahead with Cancer causer 2.0 for a decade until it’s banned for being toxic, and then repeat. It’s how they’ve operated for decades.

I’m fine with outlawing the entire class and putting the onus on the chemical companies to prove any new variants are safe instead of forcing the hamstrung epa to prove they’re unsafe. I also think any company that dumped it into waterways should be instantly and completely forfeited to pay for cleanup. No company has the funds to pay for cleanup, but their assets are at least a start.

Again only 1/2 of the story was told. Thanks for watching fake news.
Yes The machines counted correctly. They counted every real and invalid vote.
And that's the problem.

Dr. V.A. Shiva Ayyadurai, M.I.T. PhD, and his team found 34,448 votes from those who voted more than once in Arizona in the 2020 election.
17,000 votes that NEVER should have been included in the audit!

Enough to change an election.

Also most of these occurred / counted after Nov 4. 4th to the 12th.

Also:
57,000 votes and 734 pallets with serious issues were identified in the audit.
Not to mention deleted files and network connections,

So there is the possibility of an invalid vote count.
But fake news wont report it.

They did however to their credit condemned this audit as a hoax fraud and scheme and scam until the event. Now then incorrectly claim Biden won with out mentioning the the reality of the truth.

newtboy said:

Well, you've got your review results, or as you call it, forensic audit results, finally released.....their results closely match the original count, and the official audit results....actually widening Biden's lead by 360 votes!!! All fraud they found was eventually found to be just their misunderstanding of election laws, terminology, and procedures. Most of their recommendations are already state law. ROTFLMFAHS!!!!!

Now what?!

I'll tell you now what, now Biden is refusing to use executive privilege to hide Trump's Whitehouse communications surrounding Jan 6 (it's up to the current president, not the former one). I'm willing to bet the reason Trump wants it hidden is he's got one Hell of a lot to hide. Sucks to be bunker baby.

Hmmm who was president in 2019? Dunno. Dems are working on a plan to restore the credit to Tesla and GM, but I assume it'll be killed by McConnel and Manchin

Even WITH the tax credit, it's a hard buy for most of us. I just finished paying off my first new car @ about $25k, but I DO make trips longer than 250 miles in a day somewhat regularly. So even the $40k model wouldn't do for me. $52,000 is simply out of my price range. Shit, even 40k is too much for me. SHIT even 35k is too much for a person without a car payment as of a few months ago. No thanks.

I'm gonna ride this car until the wheels fall off, I get 43mpg and I'm satisfied with that.

Tesla stock meanwhile seems to vary wildly. Go get some boring mutual funds brother. Easy come easy go, they say.

It's just good fun. You pretend to know facts, so why not fight mud with mud?

Look, you're answer is no answer. Calling it murder makes you look unconscionably devoid. It has no merit. Also is an insult to the whole matter.

If life - other people's unformed, potential children - matter that much...then why not support Democrats?

They are the only ones seriously taking about national healthcare. NO GOP PLAN - isn't that true?

If you w/the holy staff, want children to be carried to full term, then prenatal care is a necessity. Data shows that the bulk of terminations are single parents with children. As a citizen of the USA, you KNOW that's tough enough. But no guy, no religious fart, that talks about "personal responsibility" yet offers no aid is sewer fodder.

Even adoption is a lie. Poll anyone at your church (if you do that sort of thing and are not independently enlightened) how many have adopted, bet it's not that much...if any.

It's a hard sell, amigo.

But do know there are foreseeable unintended deaths coming because of this bill if left in place - GO DOJ!!! Blissful Bob and his ilk will claim it did no such thing either.

Mean you no ill will (the devil you say) but your intent isn't being served by this notion that banning means solving.

[BTW: do you remember when the state of FL and Jeb Bush lost ~10,000 children in the foster care system? Sometime later he glowingly said they accounted for 99% of them? Meaning 100 kids could have been sex slaves, dead, or dating Matt Gaetz.]

Lol....Faux news and Lary Elder, the black face of white supremacy who says descendants of slaves aren't due reparations but descendants of slave owners should be paid reparations*, are already admitting defeat and claiming vote fraud in the California recall, despite there being no results in yet, no actual fraud claims, and a week left to vote.

Polling indicates both that the recall will fail and if by chance it doesn't, Elder will lose....badly. (He's the leading republican candidate). That's why they're suddenly claiming fraud....claiming it by saying, just like Trump did, "the only way we can lose is if there's vote fraud", not by showing a scintilla of evidence of fraud.

Motherfucker, you're a republican in California in 2021, the only way for you to win any office bigger than a county office is fraud.

Republicans are a minority in California and are moving in droves to Texas now to avoid paying taxes (and they're quickly regretting it)....and Texans are pissed, they hate them and call them liberals. They have no chance of legitimately winning elections.

LMFAHS!!

* to do the math on Elder's slave owner reparation idea....$300 per slave/kidnapped and captive torture victim they had in 1863 dollars adjusted to 2021 dollars, that's $8,109 per person in just principal...add 159 years of compounding interest on $300 ($2,258,343,945.96 in interest each) as he of course thinks is only proper, and multiply by 3-4 million (number of slaves freed) it comes to well over the value of every penny the U.S. has and all assets in the country by far (approximately $6,775,000,000,000,000 on the low end).

That's apparently his brilliant plan to deal with racism and the economy...pay off those poor slave owners by giving them the whole nation lock, stock, and barrel and an iou for the other $6650000000000000 we owe those poor slave owners.

If they decided to do conscription that will probably add another 30 - 40 million.

Good luck taking that on without a draft to bolster the US numbers.

How's that Texas economy doing? Finally getting past 5% budget cuts to project a $750 million surplus....California, which isn't losing population despite right wing claims of an exodus, had $75.7 BILLION surplus....only 100 times better.

Texas population might be growing, it's economy is stagnant at best and it's infrastructure is horrendous, just criminally awful, actually so bad it's killing Texans.

Ahhh, so this is all uninformed opinion from a foreigner who has no clue about Texas or America, arguing with an informed Texan native and US citizen about America and Texas. I should have known, you really don't have a clue, and biased internet news isn't going to help you be informed.

Undercover: EXPOSING MAGA Hypocrisy on Afghanistan

newtboy says...

The end of the war and resumption of the Third Indochina War would precipitate the Vietnamese boat people and the larger Indochina refugee crisis, which saw millions of refugees leave Indochina (mainly southern Vietnam), an estimated 250,000 of whom perished at sea.
The war exacted an enormous human cost: estimates of the number of Vietnamese soldiers and civilians killed range from 966,000 to 3 million. Some 275,000–310,000 Cambodians, 20,000–62,000 Laotians, and 58,220 U.S. service members also died in the conflict, and a further 1,626 remain missing in action. -wiki

So, millions fleeing as refugees, hundreds of thousands died in their attempts to escape, tens of thousands of allies killed by the VC, far more weapons, vehicles, and equipment left abandoned (and less of it decommissioned) to the enemy and a similar abandonment of the government we had been supporting. The scale of Vietnam was exponentially larger, so were the losses when we retreated. How is Kabul worse than that?

Please explain in detail how Kabul is worse. My guess....you've got nothing.

Good thing Biden stopped nearly another $10 Billion from being available to them through banking and the IMF, now they’re just left with the enormous piles of cash and weapons Trump shipped to the region for bribing locals to be on our side and other unethical spending he wanted off the books.

@bobknight33 doesn’t seem to know where this cash and weapons came from….it wasn’t Biden, he’s not been sending more weapons and more pallets of cash during the draw down/retreat. These were in the hands of the Afghanistan government, put there by the previous administration, largely as bribe money.

Reminds me of when Bush sent $12 billion in cash to Iraq with similar intentions and $9 billion of it went missing.

Afghan President Ashraf Ghani had fled the country with four cars and a helicopter full of cash and had to leave huge piles of cash behind on the tarmac as it would not all fit in, the RIA news agency reported.
