Yay I'm Home!!! We made it we made it!!! (Blog Post)
The Swamp family has successfully set up housekeeping in our new digs in Indiana. Wow, we froze our ass off the first day! We were still in shorts and t-shirts in the Carolinas.
It hasn't been an easy move. You all know Sam became very ill the weekend before we moved. His condition worsened the day after the packers and loaders left w/ our belongings. The drive was an ordeal for him.... over 12 hours in the backseat floor for the poor fella. Once we arrived and the movers delivered our things, he just conked out for 3 days w/o hardly getting up. I had to help him get up, I hand fed him high calorie food product that can be given w/ a spoon (nasty stuff) and put him in a kennel w/ a water dish to get him to notice water and drink. I slept downstairs w/ him when he was too weak to climb the stairs. I've been soooo worried 
But every day he improved a little and now 11 days after the move he's starting to play, climb the stairs, use his voice again and play. He's going to be fine!
Now that past me, I can say that we LOVE it here. We love our house, kids are making tons of new friends, our neighborhood is nice, and can go to the city to have fun.
I have missed the Sift though! Damn, Raven just told me about Shatnervision,and a Shatner sift is in 1st place? I'm checking that out next.
Tell me what else I've missed in the last week or so?????? Dish! NOW!
Wake up Wake up it's Moving Day! (Blog Post)
The day has finally arrived!!! We've counted the days until we could move from this sad little town and now it's happening JOY
My husband is smacking the snooze back there, my girl and dog Frodo refuses to get out of bed . Sam and Nami are growling at some cows...... and the smacking sounds of my son's rising early to make sure he gets the last of the milk and cereal drift from the kitchen. I'm sitting here wishing I hadn't already packed my coffee pot!
How can I go over a week without sifting? I don't know how. I'm looking for a Starbucks when I get there.

Nami is losing another tooth (Blog Post)
Poor girl. My dog Nami is losing yet another tooth. She one of 3 dogs we have. (you all know Sam)
I don't know how old she is, but I got her 10 years ago and she was an adult then. Her back molar is so loose I could pull it easily. Should I do it or let her take care of it?

The packers arrive in the morning. The house will be bought by tomorrow afternoon. The relatives in South Carolina say goodbye on Sunday. By this time next week we will say good bye to one of the worst areas we've ever lived in. Farewell North Carolina and the south for good!
