Well, this one has a lot of extra content (it's about twice the length as the other one) so if anything, the first one should be discarded. But that one was posted first, so that doesn't seem fair either. I say just * return this and keep them both.

In the past when a longer version has been sifted after a shorter was sifted, we have tolerated both submissions staying.

Sarzy and dotdude are both right, i.e., if the longer version is sifted after the shorter version, then both are allowed to stay. Consensus achieved, *return.
