Motorcyclist records himself running from police

Watch until the end to see how this craaazy motorcyclist escaped the cops.

I love to watch cops getting owned by people. It's the best. I can imagine the string of obscenities being yelled in that cop's wagon, especially at the moment he sideswiped that guy's car at the end.

Yeah, seen this, totally *viral too because he sells these vids too. And judging by sifter sentiment, *eia waiting to happen.

EIA: the Sift's shorthand for "you're a giant tool waiting to get killed, you know that???"

Worse is not the danger he puts himself in, though I'd love to read the arrest or future autopsy reports and have a good laugh, but the danger he puts other completely innocent people in. How fucking dare he play with other people's lives like that! The crash at the end says the whole story! It easily could have been way worse, and we don't know through this video the severity of the accident shown. If they did arrest him, I hope they threw the God damned book at him!

Sorry, but downvote for the glorification of asshats like this one.

I don't think he's in great risk, he doesn't drive faster than needed to keep away from the cops.
I would choose that any day over collecting drunkard's from outside of "systembolaget"(liquor shop).

One of the few things that are awesome in Sweden.

I define this as a kill video as the motorcycle rider put himself and many other people in danger with his antics. Also note the car accident at the end of the video. Definately not the sort of thing that we should be condoning or showing here on videosift.

To those of you who "enjoyed" this video: I hope you get taken out by someone driving like this someday. It might not be so funny then.

I think the guy is an ass on the motorcycle, but I think the cop was even more of an ass. Both were driving dangerously, but the cop was driving far more dangerously. It's not surprising he's the one who caused an accident. Sure the guy on the motorcycle is partly to blame for breaking the law and running, but that doesn't mean the cop should drive so recklessly that he endangers people even more. The motorcycle could cause a bad accident where others are hurt, but compared to the big volvo wagon it's far more likely he'd cause far less damage.

The part at the end where he causes an accident you can almost see it coming, he comes flying into traffic purely hoping that his siren and lights will be enough to prevent an accident.

He really should have followed a little safer, just trying to keep visual contact long enough for a helicopter to start tracking the guy if they think he's a repeat offender. It's definitely worth some risk to stop the guy on the bike so he doesn't do it any more, but there's a point when it's safer overall to back off.

Reminds me of the guy with the sports car in France(?) years back who'd go tearing around at 105-200mph and show how the cops couldn't even get close to him. The difference: the car was at night when there was no one else on the road. It's also much more impressive to do in a car (compare performance and maneuverability between a car and a crouch rocket) and much safer. The guy in the car was kinda dumb because he would drive into his garage at the end and so the cops just followed the videos till they found his house....

Guy on the bike is a tool, but so is the guy in the police car. The biker didn't cause the accident, the police car did. I don't condone in any way what the biker did but the cop was even more dangerous. It's amazing he didn't kill anyone.

Are you fucking kidding me? If the biker wasn't being a prick in the first place just for kicks, then the cop wouldn't have to chase him in the first place!

That's like blaming a cop for ruining the life of a child molester!

"Errr, from what I can find Ben Roethlisberger's accident was in Pennsylvania where I'm fairly sure the police cars aren't labeled Polis.

Considering this image of a Swedish police car: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Swedish_patrol_car_new_livery.JPG
I'm going to go with the earlier mention of the guy who calls himself Ghost Rider: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ghost_Rider_(motorcyclist"

Hi, my name is common sense. I don't think we've met.

Thank you everyone for all of your interesting commentary, although I don't really understand what was meant by the last one.

I am really shocked that this video has shot up this far. I submitted this video for the jaw-dropping factor. I couldn't get over what a lunatic this motorcyclist was, and didn't realize there were such insane asshats out there who filmed themselves outrunning police. Riding a motorcycle in itself is practically being suicidal, imho, and to do so in conjunction with outrunning the authorities just seems like a death wish. I do not wish harm on anyone who's "enjoyed" this video. It is what it is. EIA in action!
