I agree with Larry 100%

I wish we could have a genocide on "political correctness"

thought police need to be hung by the street lamps and those get mocked

Larry actually replied to me on Twitter when I told him I was now a follower and an even bigger fan than before after I saw his interview. Here's what he said:

"Larry The Cable Guy ‏@GitRDoneLarry
@Brackstone thanks. More than that I'm an American and don't want to squander what those before me fought and died for. We must remain free."

While there are certain excesses in political correctness, there is a genuine reason for it.

There are a lot of people who complain about "PC gone mad" simply because they're not allowed call out those niggers and fags anymore.

I agree that people should be able to express their opinion, but I'm not sorry that certain opinions have become socially unacceptable.

So let me get this straight. He's complaining that people complain too much?

If the status quo mostly benefits you its might be quite easy to tell everybody else to stop complaining about things that have no impact on your own life.

America does a lot of things right. It also does a lot of things wrong, and you won't change any of it by zipping your mouth shut. Its a good thing that you can complain without being gagged, that you can worry about more complex social issues instead of just about the next meal.

more mis-use of the word freedom in order to wrap someone up in the flag of faux-patriotism.

What's next? a lapel pin? maybe a war on freedom? Are only the "real" Americans free?

I get so confused, I hope someone comes along and tells me what to think.
