I was looking forward to seeing them live but after their latest album I don't know anymore. Friends saw them recently and all the epic and awesomeness of old days is gone and replaced by this crappy sound they did on the new album. When I heard they were gonna use more guitars and go more "classic rock" (like not post-rock, not like Deep Purple) I expected something completely different. So if you like he new album, have fun. Otherwise don't expect them to play too many of the older songs (Untitled #8 is just wicked).

This sounds so much different from the version that I have. It might be just the YT compression algorithm, it sounds very compressed.

One of the worst talks on TED. What he says (or what he wants to say) is great, but the presentation is unbelievably badly executed. He is a nice guy and has some funny moments and I respect his age, but he speaks way to slow and his sheets contain way too long sentences, too much information to grasp and don't match what he is saying. I realise he as a scientist may not be used to present stuff like that, but compared just to the average TED talk I'd say he has a lot to learn. If he has the time to ;-)
