Google's I'm Feeling Lucky button simply sends you to their 1st result for your search. Calling them easter eggs implies that Google is doing these things intentionally.

With the exception of the 'answer to life, the universe and everything,' I don't think Google is doing anything to have these 'tricks' appear.

To be fair, some of the stuff he puts out there requires knowledge of Canada that I simply wouldn't expect of someone from another country. As well, you can be sure that there is some heavy editing done for these clips.

All the same, I found some of the bits (like the whole leaving senior citizens on ice flows thing) extremely funny.
