Ha! With a rocking chair to boot! Awesome. I would love to be able to mount my camera to something like that.
Sounds good... we could mount it right where that black plate is there. Just bolt it on and let it go and it will get perfect point stars for hours.
HA! I'll be in Anchorage on the 1st... so if you hear someone messing around out there, don't be too worried. I promise I'll be careful!
My wife discovered 5 globular clusters.
^Two of em were between my legs.
Badum, bum.
DC, was that shed built for the scope? What do you feed your
lawnmowers?
Comment hidden because you are ignoring dag. (show it anyway)

Thanks hey I've been, emmm,(gandalf to frodo voice) occupied... didnt know you guys were talking behind my back.. I've been whipping up a new image too since I've been milking the darkness for all its worth as its disappearing big time in a week or two. I've been pointing the telescope at M94, which is a spiral galaxy 14.5 million light years away, and M65 which is a cool looking galaxy with a nice huge ring of dust about 35 million light yrs distant.
