That's not true, as a fan, the version of the movie is singed by Inva Mula-Tchako http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0611639/#Soundtrack That lady... is just not the real deal.

I think that Laura women did a far better job. She at least hit all the notes. The singer in the main video of this topic missed a bunch of them in the last half of the song.

Can't find any source for it on the web, but I remember reading that the second part of that song was written to be technically impossible for a human to sing. The idea was to record a human singing it and then pitch shift it to make it more "alien". But no-one told Inva Mula and she just went in sang the song as written and the songwriter was totally shocked.

Could just be an urban legend though...
