How many arbiters do you see?

jwraysays...

the protoss unit called high templar has a spell that creates a fake copy of a unit -- the copy doesn't have any abilities or do any damage but it looks exactly like the real thing. The terran player had lots of missile turrets and goliaths to guard against arbiters but he couldn't know which ones were real and which ones were fakes. The real arbiters used a spell called recall to teleport a lot of units into the terran base.

agreed crawlius, this was just a lot of shouting to me.. no discription in the video, i know there's SOMETHING going on, i know it's nothing terribly exciting, but everyone is terribly excited.

I've played exactly the wrong amount of Starcraft apparently - I knew enough about it to be able to tell the green player was screwed (and more or less why), but I could not for the life of me figure out what actually happened.

I really should have studied those obscure abilities more - I may have won more often.

Thanks jwray, for the explanation.

Hmm. I'm having a difficult time understanding, from the explanations in the comments, exactly what's so spectacular about this.

Okay, so he used a special ability to confuse the opponent (exactly what the ability is supposed to do) in order to distract him and keep him from knowing where the real attack is coming from?

Isn't that what the abilities were intended for?
