What the hell?

If possession is 9/10 the law, then ownership of the nuggets officially transferred from the school/federal lunch program to the student who was fasting.

From there, that student has every right to do with his lunch thereafter. He can eat it, he can throw it away, he can feed it to the pigeons, or he can give it to a friend.

The school/federal lunch program, therefore, has no say in who and/or what receives the product after it has transferred out of their hands.

This is bull and we all know it. This kid deserved better from the adults who are supposed to be educating him.
