Also I'm pretty sure you can sexually assault somebody who isn't a virgin. If I'm honest I don't have much experience with rape, virgins or not, so I'm hardly the expert, but from my understanding its to do with whether they give consent and not whether they happen to have done it before.

Maybe you didn't mean it to come across this way, but your comment reads like you're asking for
clarification on whether or not it's considered rape if you sexually assault a woman who is already sexually active. I don't get how anyone would need clarification on this. It's rape.
