The concept was designed by Calty Design Research who has been responsible for some of the Toyota brands most interesting designs including the FJ Cruiser concept, 2000 Celica and the Scion tC. Could the FT-1 concept make its way to market and usher in a new era of Toyota sports cars? Only time will tell.

According to that article it's a Scion FR-S in the U.S. and not branded Toyota. I think they mentioned that in the vid.

Ahh right, I didn't realise it was rebranded in the US. I only linked to the article to provide info on the 86 for anyone who hadn't heard of it.

I stand corrected.
