The ad that is f#@king up my Colbert experience

The "getting over an ex?" ad is annoying enough, but at least it's relevant. How in hell did this idiotic little brat get a fixed spot in between Colbert segments? Doesn't Viacom understand that the audience of satire has to have a minimum of intelligence to get it? Talk about missing the target demographic.

Upvote only if you can't stand the annoying little dipshit.

A classic example of selling "Ice to Eskimos"
(no offense meant towards our upper Canada folk - I know Eskimo is not a preferred moniker)

Take something no one wants and blast it at them 247 until you normalize it. Then people will just accept it as is, and buy into it. - utter crap!

To get true statistics on how well something does, they need something that is a blank slate and normally has zero appeal. This way they know how well or poorly their marketing spots work or fail.

Yup. Every time they find a way around my blocking apps, I stop watching until I find a new combination that works. It's kind of depressing to do that, but I won't put up with advertisements. I just want to get the content and move on.
