Almost all of the GMO's on the list are when "Soybean Oil" is an ingredient. They mention that "Our restaurants in the New York Metropolitan area (including New York City, Long Island, Westchester, Northern New Jersey, and Southwestern Connecticut) use Rice Bran Oil, while in other restaurants we use Soybean Oil. We are currently in the process of transitioning all of our restaurants to cooking with Rice Bran Oil."
