The Execution of Amon Göth

Amon Göth, played by Ralph Fiennes in Schindler's List, was the commandant of the Nazi concentration camp at Plaszow during World War 2. Here are clips from:
1. His execution in "Schindler's List.
2. His real execution in 1946.

I dunno, it shows how you shouldn't believe everything in movies, as there are more inaccuracies in Shinder's List. This is historical and isn't that gruesome. I guess you'd have to discard alot of war docus along with this since they all show the deaths of thousands of people.

From the guidelines:

Note: The presence of human fatality is acceptable and not considered "snuff" if presented as a limited portion of a lengthy educational, informative news report or documentary. Our definition of "snuff" does include but is not exclusive to any short clip in which a human fatality occurs whether or not any victims are actually visible on camera.

Seems to apply here.

I know the discussion is over, but I can't help wondering how the boldface text could possibly apply to this video. It consists of two short clips of someone being killed (albeit one is theatrical). The human fatalities are not presented as a limited part of any kind of lengthy news report or documentary.
