This should actually be in cinema, not 1sttube. This cartoon (as well as all classic cartoons from this era) originally played in theatres, before a movie. It was only years later that cartoons like this started playing on TV.

Wow, talk about a nostalgia trip. As a kid whenever I'd get sick and had to stay home I'd watch a tape with a bunch of random cartoons on it. This was one of them, and probably my favorite of the lot. Awesome find!!
