To be fair, Alaska has a Dept. of law, but no, there is no national equivalent.

"Department of Law". I actually missed that. I guess at the time, I figured it was an actual department. Isn't it nice of journalists to bring up FACTS? Yeah, I wonder why those 'reporters' over at Fox News didnt report this....

Well.....technically, as president, she could establish a Department of Law...and if Bush can ignore the constitution and wiretap us, severely weaken habeas corpus, etc, I don't see what would stop President Palin from having ethics charges dismissed by her newly appointed Secretary of Law---and have the ones who brought the charges sent to Guantanamo.

Going a bit OT, has anyone been to the TYT website? They have member rates so you get all the content. Oddly they have different types ranging from $10 a month to $1,000 (General level).

Ok, if you are not a troll, lets try to put this in NASCAR terms, so stereotypical Palin voters might get it: if you wanna pick a driver to win NASCAR, who is incapable of parallel parking a normal car, and says to their defence that "In a NASCAR race, the gearpedal will probably help me out of any sticky situation i might run into" Would you pick that person? No you wouldnt, because that person clearly knows FUCK ALL about cars and driving.

She has a Narcissitic Borderline Personality Disorder, a mental illness. So, she can function quite well, but she really BELIEVES that she has capabilities she does NOT possess. She is not intellectually able to handle most any job without signifcant assistance. She is a great actress, but has little empathy for others. Her own family has been used as props for her emotional fulfillment.

Her speeches (as at the Republican Convention) were prepared by others. She read it well. She lied about the teleprompter breaking down and that she gave it spontaneously. (The techicians and others saw the teleprompters working perfectly.) Google Palin and lies. She has a pathological history of lying.
She also has a history of getting revenge with anyone who crosses her. She is far too unstable to hold any public office. Those who support her without question are identifying with her lack of education and struggles, as someone tryiny to get ahead...but don't be hooked by her manipulations...she's a user.

I'm usually all-for the bashing of Sarah Palin, but I can't stand TYT videos. The boring visuals and awkward Olbermann-like smugness without the broadcaster stage presence to back it up is hard to watch for more than 15 seconds. Are/is TYT a radio program? Still the guys voice isn't even charismatic, he talks way too slow (and I am from the deep south!). Can someone tell me why these videos are popular? They are always on the sift, how can you stand to listen to this guy? ARRRGH. </rant>
