Sorry to be geeky and all, but the earth spinning backwards was superman 1, not 2. And I never understood how turning back time miraculously made the missiles disappear...

Too funny. That gave me a chuckle.

LOL. I've always loved that no one every figures out he is Superman because of his GLASSES. God that always cracks me up.

I was expecting Superman to shoot Lois with his laser vision, followed with an explosion. I love explosions I guess.

That bitch always annoyed me anyways . . . can't say I'm sad to see her take a leave of absence. :-p

What always bugged me about this scene is Superman's super passive-agression. As if Superman's gonna trip over a pink polar bear rug and drop his glasses in the fire. Obviously he meant to do that. Surprised he didn't pull the ol' "Super-dick in the popcorn" trick.

This was funny, BTW. Now that I've grown up I can see how haggard Margot Kidder was next to Christopher Reeve. I like the way she plays the character, but by the time this movie came around she was no longer as hot as Lois Lane needs to be.
