siftbotsays...Tags for this video have been changed from 'stanley kubric, 2001, space odyssey, trailer, recut, 2014' to 'stanley kubric, 2001, space odyssey, trailer, recut, 2014, arthur c clarke' - edited by brycewi19
nanrodsays...Is Imax possible. Now if only someone would come up with a script and a decent budget and properly redo "The Day of the Triffids".
newtboysays...Not likely they could Imax it. Imax uses the same 35mm film, but sideways, meaning each frame uses twice the film, and so has twice as much picture to project. If you project a plain 35mm onto an Imax screen, it looks terrible and grainy. It's possible they could digitize it, do some digital magic, and make it happen, but I'm not holding my breath.

VoodooVsays...and you wonder why generation X is pissed. We were constantly told from birth that we would be living and working in space and it would be as commonplace as going to the grocery store for some milk.
and here we are.....still earthbound.
Taintsays...I think they were hoping that we would figure it out.
