Sen. Warren verbally smacks down CNBC's "Squawk Box"

Watch Elizabeth Warren calmly educate these yahoos.
I originally found this video submitted on another site with this title, "CNBC Hosts Decide To Teach Senator Warren How Regulation Works. Probably Shouldn't Have Done That." The title made me LOL even before I watched the video. XD

Youtube video description:

Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) discusses the 21st Century Glass-Steagall Act on CNBC's "Squawk Box" on July 12, 2013. Senator Warren introduced the legislation with Senators John McCain (R-AZ), Maria Cantwell (D-WA), and Angus King (I-ME).

Awesome. She's like a "Bizarro" universe Sarah Palin!

That Adam smith bloke has a lot to answer for. There is an "invisible hand" in the market but unfortunately it's inherently attached to a set of absolute cunts!

I agree with this lady, that hand needs a good slap every time it steps out of line. If you don't keep wandering hands in check sooner or later your going to get finger fucked! (repeatedly)

Fun fact: Adam Smith only made a couple of reference to an 'invisible hand' in passing, and it had a much more limited meaning, to the point of being somewhat at odd with the meaning attached to it today, since it was in the context of protectionism -- as in: "an invisible hand will lead to protectionism and favour the British economy".

Right-wing ideologues making stuff up to suit their agenda: who could have guessed?
