Is it just a big piece of good sausage? I've had good sausage before. A lot of it...too much...

So it's the same as bologna, spam, or pretty much any deli meat you buy but don't see cut in person.

Awesome stuff scrapple. Admittedly, you do have to avoid thinking about the ingredients, but the taste is well worth it.
