That Cackle can come out of nowhere and blow out your eardrums.. I used to listen to them on podcast before they went commercial, and yowsa. Lots of ripping the earbuds out.

Pilkington mutters and mumbles so much that you really are forced to turn the volume up. And then Gervais finishes the listener off with the blast cackle.
