Racoon rescued from dumpster

For a monday, this is the cutest thing ever. Just look at his little face, coiled up in the trash... And the song... And finally out.. Next I´ll cry.

I once did this in the dumpster outside my apartment because I thought there was a squirrel trapped inside. I have a special fondness for bushy-tailed critters. It was night so I couldn't see inside but I rushed to my porch to spy on what emerged. Then two of the most bloated rats I have ever seen in my life came waddling out. They leaped down and then proceed to leave together down the alley. I guess they bonded while trapped inside.
